If you plan on getting in and out quick to grab a coffee, don't use the drive thru. It's the slowest I've ever seen in my life.... Time of day doesn't matter. It's always painfully slow moving. Coffee is great and the staff are super friendly; but the waitis tedious. In restaurant ordering isn't much better time wise, either. Read more

There is one person in front of me four crew members and one car in the drive... through, I waited fifteen minutes in line waiting before they tried to charge me for two cups of water. Glencoe Tim Hortons has to be the worse place for not having Anything in stock , even during the day. The place is full of... Flies. We literally drive 40 minutes away to get a half decent cup of coffee at another timmies. Read more
Line ups are long inside and especially in the drive thru. Staff are unprepared inside. Long wait times when ordering from when... you order to when you receive your food. Even for mobile orders. I ordered and waited 15 so the line cook can warm up theingredients as there was none. No communication from the line staff to front staff. No compensation for waiting either. Read more
Every single time we come to this location our order is wrong. I always order a Cafe Mocha with 2 cream.... it's never... right. Today I ordered a turkey bacon club and got ham without cheese and some wonderful rotten lettuce! The turkey bacon clubphoto from last week has honey mustard on it, and the bagel photo was the week before. Just stopped here for a quick lunch, grabbed a cravable and large Chile in the drive through. Did not get my bun for the Chile,... they gave me butter and a knife to butter the bun, but no bun. So I paid $7 for a Chile.. if this was the first time I would saynothing, but it's not. Same thing a few months ago. I'm working in town and don't my have time to go back chasing a bun. It'scomplete incompetence and can't say I'm surprised. Really annoying! Read more
Always understaffed. On the weekend mornings you can expect to wait 20-40 minutes. During the week it's not as bad.
