We ordered food to go I got the ribs, which were good. My wife got the steak and shrimp. The steak was supposed to be medium. My... wife didn't check the food before we left. The steak was not even close to medium and her shrimp were all dried out, so shecalled them and they said they would remake it. We went back shrimp were right steak was still wrong. The server was super nice but unfortunately I can not remember his name. The manger was awesome and made sure to make up for the... cooks issues. My dinner partner and I ordered the same thing, they messed up his order from the start and had to recook it(before it was brought out) the server did come over and explain what happened and let us know it was going to be a littlelonger for our order because of the mishap but we were fine with that. When our food came out mine was extremely burnt and drybecause they decided to double cook mine to keep it warm. His was also very undercooked because they were trying to rush theorder out. Have had the bourbon garlic chicken and shrimp from Apple Bee's plenty of times, but this locations cook wasdefinitely not up to par that day. The customer service was good though. Always willing to give a place a second chance if theymake up for the mishap that takes place. Nothing beats great customer service not even a great cooked meal. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. I have been to this location a few times. My last visit 8/19 for a curbside was absolutely... ludicrous. I waited for thirty minutes and then waited 45 for my daughter’s. They were ordered online, ahead of time. WhenI finally got home, my husband’s meal was missing items. I called the store and was assured the manager would call me back. That Did not happen. Will not order again. Read more
25 minute wait to be seated was alright. They are really short staffed in the kitchen and people taking orders. Food was bland... but at least it wasn't cold. Read more

Let me start by saying I love Applebee's happy hour...usually. Tonight we went to a different Applebee's that usual and were... extremely disappointed. We ordered 4 appetizers, margaritas, iced tea, chicken tenders, a side salad and their 4 cheese mac ncheese with bacon. We had to send back 2 appetizers because they were ice cold- the Buffalo wings were still frozen! The cheesewith the pretzels tasted like it was straight from the fridge to our table and the pretzels had so much salt, you could haveused them to melt snow. The margaritas were ok but not great. We asked for sweetener for our tea and got a small bowl with 2packets of sugar - for 4 teas! I didn't think anyone could screw up a salad but, I was wrong. The lettuce was wilted anddrowning in dressing. We asked for a side of ranch for the mediocre tenders and got barbecue. We never got the ranch. The serverwas nice but so overworked that we saw her twice during our meal. We had such a bad experience that, I can honestly say that Iwouldn't recommend this Applebee's to anyone I actually liked. The positive thing is that it is stays open late so if you are looking for a late diner, this could be your option. Staff is so... friendly but you will gotta wait to get in. Even though you will see empty tables bug they won’t let you in. Food is okay. Read more
