If your server is Barbie please do yourself a favor and request another server. My husband and I went there today around 1 and... received horrible service. Strike 1 - It took my husband about 15 minutes to get a glass of water when I already had annon-alcoholic beverage and water in front of me. Once he did get the water (literally minutes after we got our appetizer) shedidn?t even apologize for the wait. Strike 2 - She incorrectly entered my husband order as shrimp tostadas instead or shrimptacos. He sent the tostadas back and said he didn?t want anything else. Barbie said she?ll take it off the bill. Strike 3 - Weget the bill and notice shrimp tacos are on the receipt. We politely tell her that it?s on the bill. Instead of I?m sorry andjust fixing it she goes back and forth with my husband. She eventually comes to her senses and corrects it. I get that peoplemake mistakes but she was very nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. The best part of this whole experience was thespinach artichoke dip (didn?t get a picture of it). Had a group dinner and they were excited to host us. The place was clean and good music was playing. We got there just in time... to catch the end of the happy hour specials, which was good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Her service was awesomeand she made quick friends with my granddaughter! The food was good and hot and everyone enjoyed themselves. Read more
Wow where do I start? Closest thing to the most perfect bar in all of Glendale. (The mural on the wall is not the best) but... besides that, they have the best service. The bartenders, stand out specifically. They take pride in their job and drinks.Justine does a great job in maintaining a great atmosphere and drink quality. Funny smell inside but overall the service was good and the place is less crowded than the other bars in Westgate on a Saturday... night! The ?new dress code rules? in Westsgate are no athletic shorts or pants?which is weird for Arizona, being that summernights will easily be in the high 90 degree temperatures in July and August. First off, we all know I hate most of the restaurants I go to. We all know I get treated badly at most places, and the food is... sub par. We all know I love to tell the world about I truly believe customer service is dead, but today is a rare occurrence. Iwas all alone and hungry, so I stopped in here to grab a bite to eat. Really glad I did. The service was amazing. Jared and Mikeand Stacy and Brett FN phenomenal!!! They even took the time to help me decide what to order. I really appreciated it. So manygreat options I couldn't decide. It was refreshing to have great vibes, good service, and good food! Jonathan, the GM checked onme the entire time. I felt welcomed and entertained and most of all, I felt important as a customer. You would have thought thiswas a mom and pop shop the way they took care of me. The food was so good that I wanted to kiss the cook. Instead, Johnathanmarched the entire kitchen crew of 6 or 7 out to thank me for coming! I was thankful to them for such awesome food!
