This is a great stop for good icecream. They are extremely busy. However their lines go fast. So many flavors to choose fro..... A lot of ways to combine and eat your awesome snack. Prices are mid ranged priced. Tons of outside seating. Tons of parking. Just a great place to enjoy yourself. Kid friendly and drive through. Also always great coupons and deals. It is easy to see why so many say that Brusters has the best ice cream in Phoenix! So many fresh flavors and styles to choose... from - it can be hard to decide. I got a waffle bowl with blueberry cheesecake and lemon cream, while my husband got a wafflebowl with banana puddin and chocolate. The flavors were well balanced - pronounced but not overwhelming. The waffle bowls werelight, crisp, and obviously fresh. The staff is super friendly, quick to answer questions and the service was fast andprofessional. Attention to appearance of the ice cream as it was served was appreciated - it looked as good as it tasted. Highlyrecommended! Read more

Incredible ice cream (huge variety!) and outstanding service. Would highly recommend for locals, passerbys, and for anyone... needing a cold refreshing beverage or any applicable frozen product to stay cool in the summer heat. Or anytime. Trust me, thisisn?t just a summer product. Also, this place hands out a lot of coupons that last you until the end of the calendar year, veryconvenient! I?m so high allergic to the milk .when i came to US , my family let me tried the chocolate and coffee chocolate chips Vegan ice... cream(in January) . and I love it very much. They have tasty homemade ice cream. Kinda pricey but at least they are good. I had the mint chip I the past and was not a fan... but this time had rocky road, NY cheesecake, & mocha scoops and all were very good. My daughter really likes the rocky road andmy husband got the non-dairy coconut cream pie ice cream which was really good and creamy. 3 regular waffle cones were $23 andsome change not counting any tip. Today is national chocolate ice cream day. We wanted to celebrate this day with our residents so we purchased a lot of ice... cream! When I arrived to pick up, my individual orders were correct and on time. There was an issue on our end of things, andthe young man that helped me with it was extremely patient.
