25$ meal for one left me very disappointed. Paid for mushrooms and jalapenos to be added on the old school cheese steak, only to... find no mushrooms at all and 3 Jalapeno's on the entire thing. Very over seasoned meat on top of there being hardly any cheeseregardless of the advertisement of "extra cheese whiz" and soggy fries to top it all off. Definitely will never come here again. Update I have it a second shot and it was way better like night and day. The watermelon lemonade is amazing and that horrible... noise was fixed. They also had good bacon cheese fries. I was so excited for this place by the steak was dry and didn't fillthe bread. They were out of lids and the ice cream machine made a horrible loud noise. I'm so disappointed. Hopefully it won'tlast long that way they can put something better. Read more
I ordered a cheese steak with steak, cheese, mushrooms and mayo. I received one with steak, cheese and green peppers. I had to... pick the green peppers out, cant get the taste out! The bread is hard, very little meat or cheese and overall a very dry sub! My first and last time going to this restaurant chain. I'll stay with Jersey Mikes steak and cheese! Read more
They just opened and they are already the worst Charley?s in AZ. The food is bland, falling apart in and burnt!! The employees... look annoyed and like they can?t wait to get customers out of their face. But what do you expect when the manager is lazy andjust walks around without helping his employees. I'm not happy with the $35 i just spent here. Some of the worst service I've ever had. Cashier messed up entire order because... she was so into talking to her co-worker. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got steak, it was super dry , over seasoned and thefries were soggy. I asked for chicken strips on a kids meal and got a sandwich instead. I asked the cashier if they sold chickenstrips here and shesaid she didn't know. She didn't even bother to check. Absolute terrible service Read more
