Food smelled good, but customer service. The cooks can chat with themselves but cannot tell me "someone would be right with... you". This place has gone way down hill. New owners have no idea what they are doing and the staff does not know how to cook. When you... get a chicken Philly they let it cook for about 60 seconds don?t melt the cheese on the meat or put the bread on the meat andcheese while it?s on the grill. So it?s cold. I specifically went to the mall for a Philly steak from Great Steak and the closed 45 minutes early. The girl at the register... was super rude. I read in another post that they recently bought the store from the previous owners. It makes me sad because Ihave been eating there since the mall opened in the mid 90's. It sucks because I will never go back therr again due to the newowners and staff. Great potential for a restaurant. I ordered a Chicken Phily (one w/onions and one w/out). You get a fry and soda with it...The... chicken has great flavor but a little dry and the bread was good but a little dry. If those two items get better you have 5 starpotential! Our food was delicious! Excellent customer service and team work as well. Pricey, but every restaurant is pricey nowadays.
