Always double check your bags before leaving. Food was fine, if it weren't for the fact that I was missing 2 items off my order.... I even checked my receipt to make sure I did not misspeak and say the wrong order, but I saw I was charged for food I did notreceive. I even asked for ranch and the guy gave me ketchup in my bag which I did not notice until I got home; not a big deal onthe sauce issue, but goes to show not only was my order messed up, but a simple request of sauce was too. Side note, it was noteven rush hour when I ordered, so it was not like they were stressed from it being super busy. They were taking their time butwere still simply incompetent; so make sure your orders are correct before leaving. Edit: They contacted me immediately thenext day and resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. I did not want to delete the review above as it was my honestexperience of what had occurred, but I genuinely am satisfied with the response from the regional manager and owner. Went to this Jack in the Box at around 7:00pm. Ordered a double jack, paid for my food and went home. I was eating and then I... noticed the bun had a spot of mold! This is ridiculous! Went for a quick bite and my husband and I ordered their regular size shake for $4.49 with our burgers and the size was a small... size for a child. Pictures are below the first one is one with a water bottle next to it so people can see the size difference.The shakes are good but the size is not worth the price, when we can go somewhere else and get a bigger size for less. Ice cream machine was working at 130am about time. Would've been 5 stars but the kid didnt know how to make a strawberry shake.... Way to sweet I couldn't drink it. The lava came was frozen. Lava is hot shouldn't the lava cake have been heated up? Wow and forthe price it is so small. It is very good, but won't be getting that again anytime soon. Read more
Food is always great, the service is very slow at times probably because they're short staffed though.
