I ordered a 3 meat pizza (Pepperoni sausage and bacon). Bacon was not the same... it tasted more like bits of ham than breakfast... Bacon. I have been buying the same pizza from this location for many years since this location opened in my neighborhood and itused to be sooo good. Sadly this time it was a disappointment. So, I got pretty quick and fast service yesterday. The man who took my order was pleasant and helpful. However, the lady who... helped me had a snarky attitude and was argumentative with customers. There was an Uber driver who was picking up an order andthis driver had an attitude. She basically told the lady working the counter that she didn?t know what she was talking about.The lady working said, ?No? How are YOU going to tell me ?no?? I work here! I know what I?m talking about!? Now, I get thesentiment, except, she said this in front of a line of six people. She was trying to explain the Uber eats process and thedriver was being a butt. Also, when the driver couldn?t figure it out, the front counter worker just asked for her last name andgot the driver?s order anyway! So, what was the point of making a scene if she could just grab the order? For that reason I ratethis with four stars instead of five, because the customer service could have been better. After my visit tonight I had to revise my review from a one to a five. We just popped in for some bread but the young man at the... counter offered my son some cookies and then a couple Batman posters when he really had no reason to do so. 3rd time in a week, I've tried... All I want after a long day is a piece of pizza. I walked in today and was ignored for a... good few minutes then 2 more customers came in too. They were also ignored for a bit. Finally came around and I couldn'tunderstand what they were saying through the masks and the plexiglass and why bother speak up. Ordered a Hot and Ready andcrazy bread. She rings me up for the bread and after I catch the total and question it, she says they don't have Hot andReadys. Why just ring me for half of my order and expect me to be fine with it? The biggest item you sell... Hot and READYs. You raise the price and never have any ready. I've been here over 30 minutes waiting on one pizza. Every time I came in they told me the same line, "It will be about 8-10... minutes." It's not busy right now. It's a simple order. This establishment should stop hiring kids and get their store inorder! Inb4 the automated response, "We are sorry to hear that! Thank you for your...." Came the other day, and I was out under 30 seconds. It was so quick to pay and receive my pizza, I was shocked. For 5 dollars... and change it was a great deal overall. Inside was kinda small, clean from what I saw. Read more
