Just a horrible experience at this location. I was never informed I was waiting on an item (broccoli beef) , I asked for... condiments before my order was given to me and sure enough nothing was in my bag. Waited about 10min for my order and by thetime I got home all of my food was cold. Not to mention nothing was fresh, it was busy and seems like they made too much to thepoint food was soggy. Trash online service!! Waiting for over 30 mins for my order to be completed. I though the purpose of an online order was to... skip the wait and cut in front of the line. The line were moving fast and people would sit down finish eating and leave before Ieven got my food. Read more
The service was terrible. I ordered and they somehow got my order mixed up and I didn?t even get an apology. I was charged twice... because Melany clearly didn?t see my order and proceeded to charge me and extra side in walnut shrimp and 2$ for one egg roll.I?ve never had a bad experience coming to this location. I like it because the service was short but polite. But the one thing we all noticed and like is we gets our foods worth. We all... noticed the containers have decreased in size and depth.
