Just a horrible experience at this location. I was never informed I was waiting on an item (broccoli beef) , I asked for... condiments before my order was given to me and sure enough nothing was in my bag. Waited about 10min for my order and by thetime I got home all of my food was cold. Not to mention nothing was fresh, it was busy and seems like they made too much to thepoint food was soggy. Trash online service!! Waiting for over 30 mins for my order to be completed. I though the purpose of an online order was to... skip the wait and cut in front of the line. The line were moving fast and people would sit down finish eating and leave before Ieven got my food. Read more
The service was terrible. I ordered and they somehow got my order mixed up and I didn?t even get an apology. I was charged twice... because Melany clearly didn?t see my order and proceeded to charge me and extra side in walnut shrimp and 2$ for one egg roll.I?ve never had a bad experience coming to this location. I like it because the service was short but polite. But the one thing we all noticed and like is we gets our foods worth. We all... noticed the containers have decreased in size and depth. This panda express on 43rd Ave is always busy and the busier they are the fresher the food. Although there are times when the... food is not fresh because it had been sitting awhile in the pan. I had the beef and the coating was soggy. I didn't have theenergy to tell them if they could give me a new batch of it. For the amount they give you it's not worth the effort. Stopped at this location because my daughter wanted teriyaki chicken only to be disappointed that the didn?t have any. We asked... how long would it be to wait for some but they said they was low on chicken. My daughter opted for 2 plate orange chicken andrice. It was really crowded with the people in front of us getting 3-4 plates. By the time we made it to the register they had asmall amount of teriyaki and said it was limited because they already had orders waiting. If it was some left we could get some.Instead of making us wait they just put some in a small container and gave it to us. When we go home I tasted the orange chickenand it was 10 times better than the often times fatty teriyaki chicken. It has this sweet vinegar tang that I absolutely loved.I plan to return just to get a small one. Not happy with the wait but happy with the service and food. Read more
