I ordered online and accidentally hit pickup instead of delivery. I called the store 40 min later asking where my pizza was. The... manager was very understanding and she remade my order and delivered it to me fast. (The delivery girl was sweet and polite). Myorder was perfectly well done, light on the sauce with extra cheese. The cheesy bread was delicious and came with two sauces.Highly recommend the garlic dipping sauce. Not all Papa Johns are the same but this one is ranked #1 in my book! Not only was my pizza delicious and made to my... specifications, I received it quickly and the delivery driver was very courteous. He even offered me Parmesan and red pepperflakes, at the door, without me having to ask! I couldn?t ask for more. Read more
The pizza arrived quickly, but the receipt was thrown inside of the box directly on top of the pizza. Not only is this just... kind of gross, but receipts are widely known to be absolutely loaded with BPA and carcinogenic. Read more
The new manager cares, the new corporate owners don't. Your pizza will be amazing, Your money will end up in an offshore... account. BAJCO. Look em up. They create a company in every state, claim "local ownership" and take all the money. The driversnever put signs on their cars. One driver said she got into a car accident during a delivery, and had to pretend she wasn'tworking, and that management not only knew about this but encouraged it. They are very inclusive and diverse in hiring - If youare willing to work, And.... Willing to give them access to your phones GPS.... And Willing to have them break labor laws bynot allowing managers lunch breaks... And Not following final paycheck laws in Arizona after terminating employees... And Notfollowing certain health codes like having holes in the walls covered up with clean out covers ... And Not removing or replacingthe disgusting falling apart caulking around their dough prep table and driver check-in station... And Encouraging drivers tonot declare cash tips because they already charge $4.99 as a "delivery fee" and all credit card tips are tracked... And Beingforced to accept a company sponsored debit-card account for payment of credit card tips, including downloading an app thattracks you online.... This place is horrible! I Paid $40 for 2 pizzas which i Requested well done. The Pizza was doughy. I ordered meatballs on the... whole pie with half jalapenos and the other half black olives. This was a large pizza and it had 5 slices of meatballs on thewhole pizza, mainly veggies. I then ordered a NewYork style pizza with pepperoni well done and the pizza was greasy and floppy.Disgusting!!! I will never order from papa johns again. Read more
Kudos to you Papa John's. First time buyer. Ordered thru the app. Said it was going to be 40 to 50 minutes for delivery. No big... deal, Thursday night Football is on. I get it. Using the online order was a breeze. Took a shower and kid you not the pizza andwings were delivered in about 25 minutes. Maybe 30. And HOT. Fresh and delicious. Well played Papa well played.
