I placed an order for 2 piece big box for $5 found in the Popeyes app and ordered for pick up. When I arrived the restaurant, I... was informed they don?t have Cajun fries nor the red beans. I was ok with it and asked for another Cajun rice instead. One ofthe staff thought it was a good idea to put the rice in a box without lid inside a smaller bag tilted. This lead into the Cajunrice spilled over the fried chicken. I asked for a remake and they immediately fixed it. I came in for lunch since this Popeyes was next door to AutoZone where I had an order to pick up at. The restaurant was clean... upon entering and I was greeted by the young lady at the counter. I placed my order and in a couple of minutes the lady came outto notify the customer before me and I that our chicken tenders would take 5 minutes. We both said OK and when the tenders andshrimp combo were delivered everything tasted great. A young lady named Liberty was very helpful getting ketchup, sauces andnapkins for me and was very friendly to me and everyone else that came in to the restaurant. I came there on July 5th 2022 around 9:30pm, through the drive thru, to get something to eat from a long day at work. I order... the #2 signature 4 piece chicken wing combo. They didn't have my second side that suppose to come with it. No serving utensilsor a straw with my drink. The young man almost forgot my drink, until I have to remind him. It was a young man in the drive thruwindow. Red bean and rice water down. I call up there around 9:40pm, to speak a closing manger, no disrespect but she couldn'tspeak any English. I will never ever ever eat from there again. Very disappointed. And that was my 1st time ordering from there.I would recommend to never go there, unless everything is fresh when they 1st open. Visited this franchise for the last time. Today I ordered 1/4 pound shimp and strips meal and when I got home this picture is... what I got. No French fry's either. I was to busy to go back. I also had to wait ten minutes for them to make the shrimp. Thisis probably not the workers fault as they were very helpful at the window. Probably a management problem. Read more

I made a mistake coming here. I went to the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich. They were out of almost all drink options... beside Fanta and tea and were out of dipping sauce?s. Like most of the post I read the reviews and decided to try it out myself. Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a chicken... sandwich that was about 80% breading and deep fried fat. Not to mention it was extremely salty. To top it all off the containerthe coleslaw came in was covered in something sticky which I'm assuming is gravy since there was a blob of what looked likemashed potato right on the top. Was so excited to have a Popeyes in this area. Usually the chicken is pretty great. We tried the nuggets awhile back and they... were good.
