Food is great, employees are amazing hard workers running around as fast as possible. management is horrible for leaving only 2... employees to handle a drive through and restaurant during rush hour. 1 grumpy customer takes 20 min of an employee?s time andthe drive through backs up to 9 cars. That is not fair for the employees working and management should be handlingdifficult/unhappy customers. Read more
Place had no inside customers. 7 of the 13 tables were dirty. Several male employees with some significant beard hair...not... covered. Working around food. Husband thought his chicken was good. Only reason you got 2 stars. Read more
I visited this location this past Sunday and was surprised to notice how long the wait was in the drive-thru. When it was my... turn to order the very kind woman on the speaker let me know there was only two people working at the moment and the wait wouldbe lengthy. As someone who doesn't mind waiting for fresh food, I didn't mind. They were so nice and brought my food out to mewith some added deserts for the wait. Amazing service at this Popeyes location especially given their circumstances! Read more
Literally just left and tried calling to let them know that part of my order was missing when we got home, however there was no... answer the four times that I called. The food that we did get was good, the dirty rice was a little dry but overall nocomplaints other than wanting my meal replaced due to the missing items. I will keep my receipt and stop by when in the area andshow them this review. The customer service was exceptional from the entire staff however someone needs to pay closer attentionto detail especially when paying so much for items not received. Read more
Buyer beware! We have been to this popeyes location before and recently we have noticed that if you buy their just chicken... specials, they give you older chicken mixed with newer made chicken. A few pieces on here looks and tastes like it's beenrefried a couple times and it's not good. Half the box turned out to be older chicken pieces. So disappointed, we may notpurchase from here again. First time eating popeeyes overall in general. Got some chicken, popcorn shrimp and Mac and cheese. Everything was fine other... than the Mac and cheese.. I have to give one star because I've never have had plastic in my food and is frankly dangerous. Iwonder if its from the cheese package when they opened it? Anyway,made me lose my appetite. Read more
The absolute best, cleanest, fastest and nicest Popeyes I've ever been in. The cashier even brought our food to the table, which... was very hot, very fresh. Bathrooms were spotless. I would go out of my way to eat at this location. Read more
Constantly out of stuff. If you want blackened ranch - don't come here! Or just ranch at all! I went 2 different times and... both times they were out of sauces (except for mustard base). One time, I ordered 3 meals, but the person at the window said Icould only have 2 sauce packets. 2 sauces for 3 people???? Drive thru line pretty slow too. Basically, everything that can bewrong with a restaurant....is wrong here. Just go elsewhere. Read more
