The baristas constantly mess up my drink. I have a dairy allergy so I make sure to ask for soy milk, and I get charged for soy... milk, but the baristas try saying ?it wasn?t written down/ you weren?t charged for it?. There is this lady who wears all black and always wears a bun and she is so rude for literally no reason. Fr no one does... anything to her and all she does is yell NEXT and then if you ask for something she rudely says "we don't have it". Was in line for half an hour. It's 9am and they are out of everything. None of the Teas were available, no whipped cream, even... the items that were in the display weren't available despite the Barista saying "we only have what's on display." They didn'teven have venti cups. What an interesting way to start the day. Read more

Everyone has had to work through Covid,no problem. They seem to be training new Baristas to get ready for when the campus is... running full swing. Try to be patient with all new personnel for the most part and not fully staffed due not needing staff dueto Covid. Team work is important. My daughter just started there. The trainer could jump in to help instead of standing thereand on her phone waiting for something to do when the line and orders are backing up. Everyone is working hard and doing theirjob. My daughter has also continued her University course load at ASU too through this last year. Read more

As a partner I feel like these partners could use more training perhaps in beverage sequencing. Ordering two drinks could cost... you 10 minutes of your day. They are nice people but typically cut you off after you say your first item in your order. Theyjust need some retraining. My toasted white mocha had no whip or sprinkles :( Read more

I have never had such a bad customer service at a Starbucks like here (only the night crew/weekend, the other staff are grate) ... I was at drive threw places my order and the barrista put in wrong I brought it to her attention and she said oh sorry andcorrected it. I told her it was ok. When I came to the window she again had my order wrong I brought it to the cashiersattention. Her response was that?s what u order I said no she started to get rude so I asked for her manager. Her was the mostrudest person I have ever met not Only rude but kind of slow. I asked for my full refund and did not even know how to do math.Never had such a bad experience. Read more
