If I was allowed to grade a zero I would. Rude girl working counter today around 6pm. Told her wanted a caramel macchiato iced... and she said I don't know what that is. Didn't bother looking recipe up or anything. She kept insisting about salt in my drinkwhen I told her iced coffee not a Frappuccino. Drink came out completely wrong went to an ACTUAL Starbucks down the street andthe drink was made correctly. Gabriela's presence was very welcoming. The time is 12:41 pm on Dec 06,2019. Im unsure of the lady she is working with but shes... handling every order with a smile. I just found out I was accepted for a position and they just made my joy and day that muchmore of a blessing !! They also had a line and was able to get it down a VERY reasonable time! Read more
