You guys need to learn to listen. If someone orders an order of french fries and orders 2 pieces of fish then that's means they... don't want it in the same box. If you're gonna do that then you should ask first instead of just doing whatever you want. Wasnot pleased! Read more
Just garbage. The food is fine it's taco bell. The people here don't check the lobby ever, so be prepared to yell when you walk... in so they know there are people. Plus there all basically 15 year old kids. So also expect them to obviously mess it up and youhave to come back. They also curse all day cause they think there alone for some reason. I chose this rating because the food was cold; some items such as the cheesy roll ups weren?t cooked thoroughly, the service was... terrible; at one point there was a line of four people (myself included) and no one came to the front to service us, so we justordered on the kiosk. After arriving home with the food, we also noticed that some of the items were missing. From the serviceto the food, the experience was terrible. Normally it's a decent visit. Today I was charged for a family mean and got nothing but the chicken. The person working the... drive-thru was less than polite. The feedback option on the website did not offer a solution to my stolen money (the money Ipaid for the food I did not receive). It is pointless to go into a store with people like this because they then have theopportunity to give you a replacement that they have messed with. Read more
Stopped by this Taco Bell yesterday the 2nd of August with my wife to have a late lunch and was totally disgusted with the food... and the inside of the building and the way we were treated by Management on duty. First off it's very hard to enjoy your mealwhen it is just as humid inside as it is outside the only part of the building that seem to be receiving cool air was for theemployees were the dining area stagnant humid air. Also to add to the misery flies visiting everybody along with ants dining onOld food stuck to the window seals and in between the seats. And to top it off a nice long dark hair in my wife's burritosupreme. Which Way both of us lose their appetite so we went up to the counter to receive a refund for our food and we'reimmediately given attitude. And then the shift leader I believe on duty asked my wife in which order did we eat our meal becauseshe did not want to refund us for all the food. Which amounted to one nacho of grande and two burrito supremes. She only wantedto refund us for the one burrito supreme that had the obvious hair in it. You couldn't have been my hair because my hair is veryshort in my wife's hair is long blonde. Very unprofessional people here stay away unless you like eating human hair. Read more
Ate at the Long John Silver's side of this restaurant. There have been times the fish and or chicken was over cooked or the oil... was not fresh. This definitely was not the case today as the batter was golden, crispy and flaky. Ther oil must have beenfresh and the cook did an excellent job at not overcooking the meal. Hushpuppies were crispy & crunchy as they should be. Read more
