My family and I dined in @ the location in Glendale, Calif, in an effort to celebrate my birthday. The service was horrible &... the wait to close out our bill was simply ridiculous. Just my luck I was sent a survey based on my experience. I was verytransparent with my rating based on the non-lack of service in which we received. I was contacted via telephone by thefacilities manager, Mr. Mike L. He asked that I phone him back to discuss with him my most recent/past experience. We spoke, hestated, “he was very appreciative of my transparency & the fact that I made myself available for an exchange of dialogue. He,would speak w/his team, and wanted to provide for me an opportunity to celebrate my b-day by providing my me an $75 meal credit.LOL… Let’s just say, “it’s 11/15/2022, & I am still awaiting a meal credit for a visit that took place on 9/26/2022”.Very disappointing!!!! Beyond expectations... I've come to learn from Culver City location, & now stopping in for lunch in Glendale, service & food... is consistent... that's a big deal to know you can count on a restaurant chain, consistency in a post covid world, knowing thechange in getting staff in all areas, especially service industry is next to impossible our server, Nicole & manager Michaelwent to just Beyond kindness, with my Senior newly handicapped mother... wasn't treated disposable. & the food was perfect. Server not greeting us. Server took a long time to bring the food and the full rack of ribs was cold, very dry and inedible.... That might have been an old plate sitting in the kitchen for a long time and still, they decided it was a good idea to feed itto a human being... I had to ask for a replacement. Another time it was lunch time and not even busy. I waited 1 hour for thefood. The waitress never came by to check on anything. When the food finally came out, it was burnt on one side, but they hid itupside down, as if I would not look to see what I was going to eat. The waitress said that my food was picked up by anotherserver, because he ordered the same thing, (on top of the fact that the kitchen was late on sending out the food, too). You doknow that all food tickets have table numbers on them, right? So, what kind of incompetent and inconsiderate server would pickup a plate from the kitchen just because his order looks the same, instead of checking what table is for? The manager came "toexplain", not letting me talk, verbally pushing me around and deciding for me that they will replace the food, completelydisregarding the fact that I had already been waiting for 1 hour, until their garbage food landed on my table. I actually had toraise my voice so I could get a word in, since he was so rude and controlling. I told him I don't want any replacement and Ican't waste any more time here, so I am leaving to go eat somewhere else. A couple of bigger tables were sat later than me andthey got their food before me... Yeap, racist mofo mexican servers and customers; what else is new? Never stepped foot in thereagain. Sometimes taking the family out for dinner can be hard if no one can agree on the cuisine so we went to BJ's for their large... selection. Food and customer service were great. I wish I took a picture of the amazing double bonein pork chop I ordered. Itwas cooked perfect. Read more
The hostess that greeted us was friendly. Our server, Julio, was efficient and knowledgeable regarding the menu. Julio was... especially kind to our little one (2 1/2 year old). The food was delicious with the exception of the raw rather than steamedbroccoli ???????? that was on two of the entrees that were ordered. The worst part was when asked for a correction the server,NOT Julio, did not return with it. Julio did make the correction within minutes once he was made aware. The bar service was great. 5 of 5. However, the food service at the table was abysmal The server was watchinga UFC on his... phone ....while working. Food was cold. Desert for my little sister took too long to get. It was not busy there at all. Read more
We had my Godsons 18th birthday in the patio and our server was amazing. That whole staff was attentive even though they were... really busy. Thank you for the great experience. Read more
This place for my first time trying to order will be my last time! Called 3 times just to advise the restaurant to add extra... ranch because Grubhub does not give you any options for add-ons, the lazy person working purposely picks up the phone thenimmediately hangs up. Called 11:30PM! Read more
