I love a CPK lunch now and again. Yummy, with reliable quality and quick. But showed up today at 1 pm, restaurant only has a few... tables seated, and we are told there is a 10 minute wait, that used to be a 20 minute wait, because they are short on servers.Was told to go wait on a bench. So strange that a 3/4 empty restaurant is having customers wait outside. Debating whether I willever go in person for lunch again. Work lunches need to be fast! CPK is no longer fast, but there are plenty of other locallunch spots that are fast still. Read more
Today I was able to visit CPK at the Glendale location. I had the cheese and tomato pizza along with a coke. It was very good... and the waiter was very nice with a great sense of humor. Would definitely recommend to others ???????? Read more
Worst overall experience ever! So poorly staffed that we had to wait for 25 minutes to be seated while half of the restaurant... was empty. Once seated, it took server 5 minutes to greet us. Our drinks were never refilled and we were not offered dessert,especially disappointing since we were celebrating my son's birthday. Read more
The food was just OK. I had it in the past and remember the menu having much more pizza select and the pizza being much better... itself. I also was not prepared for how expensive it was. I use to each at these often in Chicago years back, and now days Iconsidered the price to be fairly high end for what we are used to and the food didn't meet this type of pricing in my opinion.The service was good and decent speed. The place was clean and orderly. I just didn't consider it a very good value for themoney. Read more

Not a big fan of chain restaurants but this one some times work well. The service is very good. Very attentive server. I ordered... Chicken Waldorf Salad, and a cup of split pea soup with barley. I wished the salad was not overly dressed. It was drench withsalad dressing that wilted part of the salad... it was too much. The soup always good. If they would asked for my advice, Iwould recommend to finish the salad with some drizzle of olive oil. I recomend this place but please ask them light dressing ofthe salad!! Read more
Short wait even for a Friday dinner rush. Delicious food. Only thing I wanted to say is the Szechwan dumplings are not Szechwan... at all. Almost no spicy and very sweet while Szechwan is supposed to be super spicy and salty. Still tasted good though. Read more
Food was delicious but only giving 3 stars because of what happened at the end of our fabulous meal. I asked for the check and... for boxes. She only brought the check. It was 48.48. I pulled out 60 and thought that would leave a generous tip. She returnedand picked up the money, put it in her pocket and said, "do you want any change?" I was taken aback - usually the server saysthey'll return with my change and I say, "No, that's ok, thank you." Instead, I said yes, I'd like change and boxes. She cameback and flung the boxes and a bag on the table and walked off. I thought, oh well, I guess she really needs it. But my friendsaid NO! Go get your change. Long story short, I decided to leaved 15% or $7.20. But she only gave me a 10 and a 1, obviouslyexpecting me to leave the 10. I left her the $1. Perhaps I'm being petty, but I've never experienced a server acting like that.Very disappointed in her. Read more
