Terrible service at this chick-fil-a, they have never heard of costumer service or how to smile. Cranky workers, definitely... don't want to be working here. I went to get some food with friends and service was good up until I went to go place another order for 3 soft serve cones I... asked the cashier if she wanted me to wait around for them since it should take no more than 5 mins but she said no they willbring them to me. I waited 20mins and noticed food was coming out workers looked my way but no one bothered to ask if I hadreceived my food I finally went up to the front and asked for my order instead of getting right to it 4 employees are juststanding around talking saying ?I was on my break I don?t know about that order? finally they prep the 3 cones and they don?teven tell me ?sorry about the wait and confusion?. I understand that happens, but I felt like they didn?t even care about me asa customer. I?ve been to other Chick fil As and I?m always treated with respect even the owners of the stores send me couponsand emails about how happy they are for my business. I just went here today for my 1st time. It's very clean and looks nice. They have nice in door dining. They also have a great... outdoor dining. It was nice to sit and watch. The night life. I ordered the Chicken Deluxe with Colby cheese and bacon. Itwas very good The chicken is super fresh. The meat nice and hot moist. Juicy and tasty. The cheese and bacon go togethergreat. Been going to the Burbank location a lot. Now I don't have to drive all the way to Burbank as this location is more convenient... and closer. Clean and maintained resteraunt with great staff. Lots of seating and in the middle of downtown Glendale at theAmericana. Go check em out! Read more
Very happy that there is a chick-fil-a in Glendale. Have to say that I enjoy the food quality, service, and taste. While there... is definitely competition in chicken places nearby I have to say that for the price and variety, it makes sense to go to achick-fil-A every now and then.
