The guy that runs this place is HORRIBLE! rude, rude, RUDE! Took forever to get an online/pick up order. I noticed a bag sitting... there for over 20 minutes! I thought it was mine, but didn't want to be rude, waited another 15 minutes and finally asked aboutit. In which I was addressed with complete rudeness. You could've just handed me the food when you saw it come out, not over ahalf hour later. Food wasn't even good, wasn't even hot/warm anymore by the time I got to my destination. Screw this place. so rude. would not even give myself or my sister the time of day. the cook and the cashier were talking as we walked toward the... register to read the menu. they looked up, saw us and just went back to their conversation. no sort of greeting oracknowledgment. we were even very openly deciding what we would order and still not even a greeting. never again. Really liked this place. The ambiance is nice, with plenty of Hawaiian and island beach themed decor. Food was unique and... everything tasted great. First time having Loco Moco and I loved it. Really like the ?mini? food options for when your notfeeling down to eat something super heavy. Drinks were delicious and cashier was very nice, left with a great experience. Read more
Disgusting human being the owner, rude on the phone this man. I called to let them know I was delivered the WRONG order and that... the beef bbq was salty and rice undercooked then he proceeded to talk about how he wouldn't know bc he doesn't eat this(L&L)food. I'm not surprised the Yelp profile also has negative reviews and only 2 stars. Technically ZERO star for me. Read more
