Easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. People are nice, but it's clear they don't have a good system here. I've never... been to a place that has as bad of a track record of getting my order wrong. I have a lactose intolerance, so I ask for nocheese on my burger, and get this, they usually put cheese on my burger and I have to find out when I get home. It's really myfault for coming back and allowing myself to experience them getting a simple order wrong. How bad is their order accuracy? Wellout of the 12 or so times I've been, they've only managed to get it right 4 times. I've complained to management, I wait monthsat a time between visits, and no change at all. There's no saving how poorly this McDonald's works. Don't come here unlessyou're comfortable sitting in a drive through to check your order before you leave. You HAVE to make sure they're getting yourorder right, because they clearly won't do it themselves. My order has been wrong at different levels too, from receiving acompletely different burger, having cheese on it, or having to remind them to hand me my drink. There's something wrong here andthey haven't done anything to change it and it doesn't seem like they ever will. Avoid this one and go somewhere else. Read more
Order maschine is not providing a receipt, order was not delivered complete ... a large coke and large fries were missing. As... the bag was sealed ... i just get aware of the missing meals after being back. Very bad experience ... i feelcheated!!! _____________________________________________________ UPDATE- one day later We went again to this place as it was onthe way. With the new order I complaint at the same time to the manager. Guess what: Again - also the new order was notcomplete - this time 1 out of 4 chicken nuggets (10 box) was missing. One of very few good McDonald's locations in the county of Los Angeles. The area has a good atmosphere, you can dine in and... outside of this location and even the cashier was enthusiastic which is VERY rare at a McDonald's these days. If I lived in theGlendale or Burbank area I'd hang out at this location, no joke. Read more
A nice little McDonalds on Glenoaks Blvd. They keep trying to change up their menus.The latest is a double McExtreme bacon... burger. I tried it, but thought it was a bit too greasy. Good location and often very crowded. Read more
Any orders take 25 to 40 minutes almost in this location and they employees are so lazy especially at morning when I went 2 days... ago to pickup a order they told me come inside after being 8 minutes at the line and they told me we are opening the dining at 5AM but they are laying ant today I'm here its 6:35 AM and the dining is still closed.
