A disappointing experience I hope never to repeat. Cashier trainee was being directed by a manager as to what to input and yet... ylthey still made a mistake with my orderm The person who brought out the food forgot 2 items. We were offered 3 differentchoices of happy meal toys and they didn't have the one we chose. Bathroom access is granted by pressing a button at theregister but THERE IS NO SIGN INDICATING THIS, so I stood in front of a locked bathroom door for 3 minutes waiting for nobody. All in all I made 5 trips to the counter in this miserable lunch experience. At least it's spacious inside? Read more
I decided to forego use of the drive thru window because at this location, there is always a line of cars awaiting to be... helped. I instead, parked my car and walked in. This is a very spacious McDonalds with lots of comfortable seating. I waited 8minutes at the register and despite having been seen and being to he only person waiting in line, not one person including themanager, offered to take my order. I left. I will not return to this location. Useless staff and useless manager. Read more
The door says that dining in store closes at midnight. I turn up at 11:30pm and it?s closed. Drive through only. I have to walk... back to the hotel to break the sad news to my wife and kids. Read more
Worse most mediocre food. French fries were slightly warm, not crispy but chewy like they were microwaved or sitting under a... heat lamp for a long time. Cheeseburger wasn't much warmer or better tasting. Ugh!! Read more
First off, I wish I'd taken more photos. Moving on to the point. This McDonald's Dessert Machine has been out for over 3 months... If not longer. I've asked them for ketchup several times and it's on the receipt ????. I had to go back in line to get someketchup packets including napkins. They gave two of my daughter's happy meals the wrong orders because their computers aremalfunctioning. I'm talking about bad computer errors. Extra burgers, fries, beverages, and salads to other customers. Even thewrong sandwich or size of fries and drinks. My spice chicken sandwich was covered in lettuce and tomato as If I'd asked forextra, but I didn't order extra. It was very careless and messy as it looked like a small hilltop. I didn't have time to eatbreakfast yesterday. There was a long line at the time. So I put my hands in the air and push off the additional lettuce andtomato. My fries and my daughters' fries and my wife's fries were overcooked as well. Other customers were having the sameproblem. Some were happy with the extra food. While others are not too happy with it. Wanted to spend the rest of my MasterCard gift card but they said they couldn't split it, so my plan backfired. Odd, most places... always could split, especially since the attendant who looked like they wanted to clock out 40 years ago said the could if itwas cash and card. OOPS Read more
