I haven't had pizza hut since I was a teenager and I just picked up a hand-tossed pizza here at 10 30pm. It was the best pizza... I've had in ages! (I used to work in a higher-end hand tossed pizza place, which has made me picky about pizzas, too.) The girlwho made it was working alone and she was super friendly and sincere. Honestly she did a great job with my pizza. The crust wascrunchy and flaky yet still had the perfect amount of chew. And the ingredients were proportioned and cooked perfectly. I had tomake a review! I for one had a very good, albeit extremely rich meal that was delivered quickly. I also used Uber eats and it came within... something like 20 minutes. It was delicious, stuffed crust for life. Read more
I called Pizza Hut located on Central in Glendale and a guy picked up the line and unprofessionally said, ?pizza hut.? I thought... in training they maybe teach answering the phone line, ?Pizza Hut, my name is .. how can I help you?? That was red flag #1. Redflag #2 he asked if I could hold, which I then knew this was the same guy who kept me on hold a previous time without evercoming back to the line. Just sat it down, as I can hear the entire background of him doing absolutely nothing. My guess wasright, he never picked the phone back up. I called again, he answered, ?Pizza Hut.? I said, is it okay if I can order now. Hetakes my order. I immediately told myself, ?check your food before paying.? Oh, to back up I ordered a personal pan pepperoni.Red flag #3 I got to the store and he tried charging me $7.70 for a personal pan. I didn?t say anything because at this pointthe guy is showing he?s just miserable. And misery loves company. Before paying, I checked my food and there is literally NOcheese and only has two pepperoni?s. I didn?t pay, asked for his name and left. Dude, if you are unhappy where you work LEAVE.Don?t represent a franchise pizza company because you have personal issues. I?m simply a customer ordering food. Why be rude,and unprofessional. You?re mad because I?m making you push buttons on a cash register, and the unknown chick who was making thepizza is just as bad. FIND ANOTHER JOB if you don?t want to deal with people who ORDER FOOD lol. Like wth. I can understand if Iwas rude. Maybe you should be doing janitor duties. Customer service isn?t your best as this is the second time dealing withthis unprofessional employee. He told me his name was ?Andy.? Don?t know if that?s true but this took place on Wednesday (12/8)from 11am-12pm. He and a female were the only ones inside. I love pizzas... And Pizza Hut has been a favorite of mine since I was younger. There was a Pizza Hut restaurant near the first... apartment my family lived in when we moved to California. I love Pizza Hut's marinara sauce and the topping they put on thecrust around the pizza. Always Soo good. I never make a mistake when ordering from Pizza Hut. It's always affordable and tastesamazing!!! I know a lot of people who don't like chain pizza places but Pizza Hut is just fantastic!!!! Finished the pizzas in acouple of days.???????????????? the worst. usually pizza hut is ok, but this location in particular is bad. all i asked for was a cheese pizza nothing hard.... first yime u got a pizza with only half pizza had cheese. then they replaced it for another with the same problem. i mean itsjust cheese. ugh so dissapointed again Read more
Tonight I called Pizza Hut to order a pizza. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut many times and I kid you not each time they got... the order wrong. When I called, A man answered the phone and I proceeded to place my order. He had a very nasty attitude and atthe end of the call he hung up on me after me asking for his name. I asked him ?what?s your name? very politely and he respondedverbatim ? that doesn?t really matter? before he promptly hung up the phone. I was two minutes away from the restaurant andproceeded to go into the restaurant and ask for the name of the person who literally treated me so horribly over the phone. Iwas greeted by a person by the name of Ellen Who claimed to be a manager. She too was extremely rude and nonchalant and she saidI don?t know who you talked to but it could?ve been anyone of us. She literally had the nastiest attitude that I have everexperienced in any customer service position of my lifetime. She did nothing to make the situation better and when I asked herto go ask around who literally just took my order two minutes ago she said ?no?. She did not care to ask any questions about myexperience and why I was upset with the service. I got home with my pizza and it had hair in it that I accidentally consumed.Disgusting. I am going to take this to my lawyer. I also have our interaction on video as well. This is completely unacceptable.she gave me the general managers number who?s name is Ademir supposedly .
