Went to the one in City of Hope where you can't tip. But the workers don't let that stop them from being the sweetest nicest... group of kids running it like a well oiled machine! I waited in the drive through line , just to be told they were out of what I usually order. I came back two days later, waited... in line again, thinking for sure they had fixed the problem by then, and when ordering was told they were out of it again! I was having the worst day yesterday. Visited this Starbucks to get a delicious white chocolate mocha to make it better. Was... greeted immediately by multiple team members all who asked how I was and I lied twice. When it came time to order, I believe itwas Katie that asked how my day was. I couldn't lie any more and told her it's been a rough one, but that's what coffee is for.Upon pickup, she handed me my coffee and gave me the cutest unicorn cakepop that I did not order. She handed it to me and toldme it's going to get better. She is an all star and all around phenomenal human being. Totally made my day. I definitelyrecommend this Starbucks. I would come here more often but I can?t place my order using the mobile app until after 11a. It?s usually busy at this... location, but so is every other Starbucks that offers mobile ordering. I believe Starbucks should start to offer better pay and benefit rather then take big profits. Seems one can't count on... Starbucks paying enough to employees to keep places open. Maybe this will end when they all become union. Read more
