Two separate visits, ea < $9 : 7pm salad & 6pm sandwich. Salad was ok, tomatoes were wilted; Sandwich was ok, very hard bread... like a giant crouton on the outside and moist/soggy inside, chicken with vegs meh. Other ingredients like cucmbrs, spinch &pepprs were decent, ????avo was ideal ripeness. Both meals served their purpose, so satisfactory - better alternative thanJitB/McD. The ladies working there are polite and patient which is why this Subway got my repeat business. Read more

We ordered sandwiches online and they were nothing like what you would have got in the store . There were so little of... everything inside that you could barely taste what you were eating . It was a great disappointment. Read more

Absolutely, the worst service and worst location. I visited the Pacific Avenue location earlier this evening. I ordered a tuna... melt sandwich, a photograph of which hung on a wall. The woman who took my order, spread tuna on the bread I had selected andnext added slices of pepper jack cheese though never asking me what type of cheese I wanted. She next removed the slices ofcheese and sprinkled parmesan cheese over the tuna. I have never had a tuna melt with sprinkled parmesan cheese. I asked whyshe chose to add parmesan. She replied in Spanish that parmesan is the only type of cheese used on a tuna melt sandwich. Shealso said the only additions that can be added to a tuna melt are onions and green peppers. Her entire spiel seemed illogical.If I ordered a regular tuna sandwich, I would have been asked what type of cheese I wanted. I also would have been I'd like ittoasted. I informed the woman I was displeased with how she prepared my sandwich but agreed to take it nonetheless. I also toldher I wanted a combination meal with a drink and two WHITE chocolate chip cookies. When I arrived home, I discovered she gave metwo chocolate (not white chocolate) chip cookies. I ordered Subway melt which supposed to have 3x cheese as the app says and it wasn?t even toasted forget about cheese. I called... and they were so rude and I was told melt means toasted and bring the sandwich back for future credit not even refund. Notrecommended at all. Read more

I work on the same block as this Subway so I used to come here frequently and have been for many years. I've watched the quality... of product and staff plummet at this particular location. There is one particular employee that made me stop coming herealtogether. They are eternally short staffed which does not help with the customer service. I don't blame the poor overworkedemployees and can sympathize with them because I've worked in similar situations. This seems like a very poorly managed store.I've been attempting to come back to this location due to convenience and did so a couple of nights ago but once I saw theemployee that I don't care for I turned and left and went to a Subway located a bit further. I attempted again this morning onceagain due to convenience. That one employee was not there so I went ahead and ordered my food. There was one employee there byherself and no one else appeared to be working from what I could see. She was preparing the orders that were in front of minevery quickly. She took my order and I went to pay. I decided to order a couple of fountain drinks. I paid and went to fill up mydrinks. The ice machine was not working and other people had come in to order so she was helping them. I felt bad but I flaggedher down to let her know that the ice machine wasn't working. She really didn't know what to do except tell me that the machinewasn't working. I decided to just skip the ice and went to fill my cups with the watermelon cucumber agua Fresca they have and Inoticed mold on every single one of the machines. I about gagged. i was going to say something but that poor girl was working byherself and I'm pretty sure she was not a manager and I am also pretty positive she would not have been able to do anythingabout it. I figured a negative review would yield more results if any at all. First time I ordered from the app for the 2 for 5 deal and do pick up from this store. My order was cancelled and I wasn't... notified until I was at the counter asking for my order. There wasn't any explanation why it was cancelled. I continued to makethe order within the store now but find out I'm paying full price. Second time I ordered, same deal, this time they brushed meaway like as though I didn't submit my order and wouldn't even give me a chance to show them the confirmation email that Ireceived. After having a fuss and 20min pass by, they final decide to look into their system. Low and behold, they found myorder. Making me look like a god dam Kevin. Update 09/07/20: Subway recently updated the promo to buying 2 foot longs, third 1free. Didn't realize the new promo on the app, tried calling this store to cancel, went straight to voicemail. Finally showed upthe store and asked about if they can make me my third sandwich, said no. Update 03/31/21: What a never ending disappointingSubway. Ordered three sandwiches for the family all with reg amount of spinach and instead, we get scraps of spinach becausetheir concern for food costs. Read more

Nice and clean location. Parking available in the shopping center. Open 24 hours. Nice seating with good views.

It's a restaurant without a bathroom. They sell sandwiches, yet give you nowhere to wash your hands. I really wanted my go-to... Subway sandwich, but I left on the principle of how moronic that was. It's Glendale, give me a break. Read more
