They will take an infinite numbers of reservation to pick up a holiday ham. When I got to the Glendale location, there is a line... of 300 people, maybe more. Four employees working, I understand the need for staffing in general out there. However the completeillogical and disorderly and unmanaged act of not having a separate line for people with reservations and people without, staggers my mind. Poor decision. I'm not showing up for my reservation, I'm going to the grocery store buying a ham and doing itmyself. Read more

Honeybaked had a lunch special today, but one classic ham sandwich, get one free. The sandwiches did not disappoint. They were... meaty and flavorful. Since my co-worker decided to drive me up there, I treated him to lunch. I shall return. Read more

I was supposed to pick up my order today; but there was about a 2-hour wait, which was ridiculous. I left and came back at a... closing time, and I would say the line was as long. I ended up not being able to pick up my order, which was really upsetting! They should really work something out so the line moves faster, and the wait is not 2-3 hours. Needs better management. This is the line and we’re in the backside of the store. Honeybaked ham needs to have solutions for this time of year.
