Drop by the ?Americana at Brand? outdoor mall & this was the first big restaurant that we came across. Unfortunately they... didn?t have any pizzas available today. I ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was pretty good. It came with friedzucchini/sweet potatoes fries with a delicious marinara sauce. I also ordered the Brussels sprouts with walnuts & it was ok,but don?t think I?d order it again. I?m used to the Brussels sprouts appetizers with bacon pieces, a lot crispier and a littleon the sweet side. Still a good appetizer though. My main entree was the Branzino and it was good. It was well seasoned and alittle overcooked but I liked it a lot. I?m used to branzino served with two pieces of the fillet instead of one, but overall asa dish it was delicious. At the Americana, I think this is one of the best spots to eat at if you?re on the outdoor patio toenjoy a meal while ?people watching.? Went on a Thursday with my wife for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and service. I?ll go to Amici... for my birthday lunch or dinner with the family! My only minor complaint is that I wanted a glass of Barolo with my Italiancheese/meat/bread sampler, and sadly they only sell by the bottle. But I had a glass of the Nebbiolo that was a close second. One of my favorite restaurants in Glendale! Amici offers a variety of italian cuisines, including pizza and lasagna. The... restaurant gets very crowded during the weekend, so be sure to reserve a table in advance. Prices are very reasonable for thelevel of customer service and the quality of the food that they offer. There's a full-menu bar, inside and outside seating.Parking is plenty but expensive. We recently moved to Glendale and Amici quickly became our favourite restaurant! It?s the best experience I?ve had dining and... Omar our waiter made the experience so memorable, we?ve never had such personable service, he?s one of a kind. We love the foodand having celiac disease I was surprised at how many gluten free options there were available for me. I?d highly recommend therestaurant to anyone in the LA area. 10/10 Read more
