I always have a problem at this specific Wingstop location. For some reason this Wingstop management loves the higher room... temperature IQ workers who don?t know how to do simple tasks I place an order online I come to pick up they have the wrong namewritten on my bag almost made that mistake I had to confirm it for them. On top of that when I went ahead and wanted to orderextra ranch and a side of veggies the room temperature IQ worker in the front charge me for it took my money push my backtowards me like if she put it in there and sent me on my way. I get home I open my bag and I see I?m missing what I just paidfor and now they?re not picking up honestly disappointing any other Wingstop besides this one any day of the week. I was excited when they opened this location as it?s a block away from me. I usually go to the one in Burbank by Chuck E... Cheese. I got wings when they just opened up and was kinda disappointed. The wings seemed smaller and not quite the sametaste. Figured they?re brand new let?s give them another shot. Second time food was ok. And this third time. The flavors aren?twhat we usually get from Burbank. The flavors are off and even the veggies don?t taste good. 3 strikes and that?s it. I ratherdrive extra couple miles and go to Burbank where I know it?s always good and always consistent. Also every time I?ve goneinside there?s never anyone sitting there to eat. Usually you have 3-4 people working there. So if there?s no customers and 3-4people working, why is the place always dirty. Floors always sticky, syrup and other stuff all over the floor. The seat by thefront door has soda spilled on it and floors are dirty. I think there?s enough staff and enough time to get the placeclean. Sucks that it?s so close but yet so far. I suggest driving little further down to Burbank. Maybe someone in charge thatcan keep the place clean and food consistent and good. Read more

It was late and the restaurant had one hour left and all the chairs had been set up the tables, I ordered a large 10 piece wings... bone in 5 mango and 5 atomic. I waited 20 minutes for it and when they handed it to me the girl that made my food repeated theorder a 10 piece wings order 5 mango and 5 atomic I said yes that is correct, she had the order sealed with a huge stickerguaranteed it was correct, checked and followed health protocols. When I got home too my dissatisfaction and disappointedsurprise Wing stop only gave me 8 pieces of wings and charged me full price for a large 10 piece. I still haven't gotten arefund from what they have shorted from my order and this issue remains unresolved to this day. Unbelievable Read more

So I went there to order and I found a nail in my food I went to tell the employee at the front and she told me to just eat... around it she said she was joking but I then asked for the manager and she said ?my manager does not speak to monkeys? I thenasked what she meant by that and she flat out called me the N word which was so confusing and disrespectful I can tell thecashier was having a fought day but still racism should never be tolerated . I usually get the orders right, but I guess stupid has to go to work once in a while. Like tonight, getting ready to have dinner... and watch TV with my daughter so I order two 6 piece combos, one of them came completely wrong, I order all classic, halfgarlic parmesan and lemon pepper; what I got was all boneless garlic parm and Buffalo (I'm assuming that was the flavor) IDON'T LIKE BUFFALO or anything with a strong vinagre smell, since they were packed together everything smelled like that. Icalled to the store and they tell me my only 2 options were either me going to pick up the right order (which defeats theonline ordering)or get a refund. Had to call door dash to get me to Wing stop costumer service. It took 45 min of my Fridaynight for them to tell me they will work on the refund. I recommend to order through Door Dash or you will be on the phone beingtransferred 2 or 3 times until you get to the right department, not mentioning your mealtime will be ruined. Read more
