I ordered lunch from here since I work from home. I ordered at 11:30 and it took nearly an hour to receive my sandwich. I also... requested no tomato, which can be seen in the picture on the receipt and evidence of tomato. Very disappointed this wasn'tfreaky fast and not done correctly. Read more

We drove in from out of town, ordered online at 6:46 PM -and at 8:24 PM still no food! Called a few times, no answer - they are... closed!!! Called JJ on University and are waiting for our food with our fingers crossed!! Will pay with cash this time!! JJ on1140 S Colorado is unreliable!! Read more

I am sitting in here with 1 worker, who is brand new doesnt even know how to do a giant sub, but the manager thought it was ok... to leave him here to drown by the 3 total customers in here. Why would this ever be acceptable? This kid is doing his absolute best but it is very noticeable that he hasnt been anywhere mear properly trained. Terrible management style and 100 percentreflects the 2.7 rating you guys are rocking, been qating in store for close to 30 mins because this kid has only been here 4days !!!!!! Read more

I originally posted this review on DoorDash and it was declined so I'm posting it here instead.. I ordered a J.J.B.L.T. and I... requested to have NO mayo because of a food allergy. But because it's a BLT which is a sandwich that's (traditionally) made withmayo, I assume whoever made it saw 'JJBLT' and didn't think to read the request for NO mayo and/or overlooked the request as aresult of what may have been a weekend rush (I made this order on a Sunday afternoon). Decided to give them another chance withanother online order for the same sandwich. Only this time I called the store ahead, told them about the DoorDash order I justreceived that was incorrect and requested if they could NOT add mayo because of a food allergy. The man I got on the phone wasapologetic but when my second attempt sandwich arrived, it had just as much mayo as the first attempt sandwich. I wouldrecommend that the people who handle food be more careful when making sandwiches that have requests to remove something; like mecustomers could be making those requests due to FOOD ALLERGIES! After a very long day at work, I excitingly placed a delivery order at this JJs because it?s the closest to my house! I then... proceeded to read the horrible scary reviews! I was so worried I?d also have the same experience as everyone else did but Iended up feeling content with their service. It took about an hour and a half from when I placed my order to when it arrived butI?ve worked food service before (luckily never during a pandemic) so I didn?t mind waiting. My food was made exactly as Iordered and they were able to find my apartment even though it?s kind of tricky to find. The delivery driver seemed sad, like hehad also just worked a very long shift at work. Made me wish I had tipped more than 20%. Anyway, long story even longer, I had anice experience getting delivery at this location. I will say, there are many bad reviews and they span from 4 days ago to 1+years ago! I imagine there?s some truth to those reviews too. Read more

I ordered online to pickup asap as I was hungry and was going to jet over there as soon as my order updated on the app. An hour... goes by and the app never updated for me to pickup my order, so I just decided to drive in to see what is going on and behold myorder was ready at the counter. I brought it up to the guy at the counter and he did apologize but I mean if my order wassitting around for an hour if they are freaky fast right? I screenshot my order there and it's still hasn't updated that myorder is ready. Could you get your interface fixed? Read more
