I am learning about the app. I admit I was having trouble. Girl at the register was rude , told me fries were not a dollar nor... was it free fry Friday. I asked for help with the app, she just huffed and stared at me because I was holding up the line. . Igave her my code and she didn't even use nor apologize. Finally got my meal and it was cold . Big Mac was cold and fries tastedlike soggy oil. I would appreciate a freebie .card for a meal I'm in there every week and buy for my family of 9. I should nothave cold food ever, especially when I'm spending $70 each visit. I tried to speak with anybody but they all walked away oracted as if I wasn't a paying customer. It' mcdonalds....still never a happy meal avaliable.... However, I did see a toy from one. You guys....come on!! Why not just a... cleaver packaged dessert or something. That was pitiful.
