Great food. Service is a little slow but all in all the food is good.
I have visited Arby?s many times thru my years and today took the cake. I ordered a prime rib sandwich, classic beef and... cheddar, 9 piece premium nugget, large crinkle fry and a large strawberry lemonade. LITERALLY everything was cold or overcooked. The beef and cheddar was so chewy and nasty. The prime rib literally tasted like dog food and made my husband sick. Thisis the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me. Please do better. Supposedly they close at 10 my fiancé just went through at 8:45 and after they failed to add a combo to the order, at the... window they refused to add anything else to the order saying that they are closing. This seams like a regular thing with most fast food restaurants other than Chick-fil-A and Culver?s but the customer service is... getting worse and worse..First thing at the drive through you get greeted with someone that hates there job with a attitudeproblem and to top it off the food is cold and the drink is wrong. I?m a business owner and would want to know how my crew isdoing. Hopefully the owner is able to get quality people working the restaurant before it gets worse and goes out of business. Read more
This Arby's doesn't get cleaned... at least not often. All these employees in behind the counter, were all talking loudly, and... no one is, at the very least, wiping the available tables. There are dead flies left on the window sills, along with dead insectcasings... The floor sticky over every inch of it... I didn't even want to touch the bottom of my chair to scoot myself towardsthe table! As my mom & I were sitting, there was another couple of people sitting at their table, and one of the male employeesat a booth on his phone. The employee sitting must have been on his break? I don't know, but he could have been taking that timeto clean around the dining area, as it's clear (as I stated in the first sentence) this Arby's location does not get cleanedoften, if not at all. The guy at the drive through was rude. The fries were over cooked. The sandwich wasn't hot. The line was super long and slow.... If you have a Choice B food place, roll with.that one! Read more
I stopped in recently and I received horrible customer service. I almost needed an interpreter because the "lady" who took my... order was speaking like she was from a back woods swamp in Louisiana. After translating my order I get to the window and noticethe place looked filthy. I almost cancelled but it was too late to go elsewhere. When she brings my food she is literally eatingher own sandwich with her mouth opened like a horse. I was amazed and disgusted at how comfortable she was in being so low classand unprofessional. I will never visit your restaurant again. Please teach your employees appropriate customer service. Read more
