Very quaint, nice atmosphere. They had a live pianist playing the whole time I was there, though I'm not sure if it was for a... special occasion or if it's just the norm. Read more

Three of us went for fish fry. Good teamwork and excellent customer service welcoming, prompt and accurate. Tap beer very... good. Two of us had the walleye and potato pancake and one the fish and chips. All very delicious and an enjoyable diningexperience. A bonus is the pianist who facilitates relaxation and enjoyment. Food is good but pricey. The usual staff issues here as at other places. Usually busy on Sunday morning. Update: a... Coffee-to-go issue resulted in a rather snippy attitude! Not worth it! There are other places! After 20 years, I doubt wewill be back! Read more

Delicious food! I had the Glenview's Finest Burger, medium rare... perfect. We all tried the matzo soup... hearty and... satisfying. Our server was great, got us squared away with everything we needed. Would love to visit this cozy, delightfulestablishment again, especially with its casual, accessible, and friendly ambiance. And it was nice to hear jazz playing on thespeaker. Read more

This popular breakfast spot has good home cooking served fast and hot. Service is quick and friendly, and the owner can be seen... checking on customers and helping out. Booths, tables and a bar offer a nice variety of seating options. Our breakfast was verygood and the portions were perfect. Read more

My experience of Bistro on the Glen was a very positive one. The staff were very attentive and positive. Our coffee cups were... always being refilled. Food was made ready to order hot and fresh and delicious. We were served right away with no real delayeven when they were packed. I'd highly recommend returning to this establishment in the future. We even got to speak and meetwith the owner while we were dining :) Read more

I wish there were more restaurants like this cozy place. The service was good. The food was really good. I had the shrimp... po’boy sandwich and the others had the ultimate club, French toast, cheeseburger with bacon, and eggs with corned beef hash. The portions on the breakfasts were small. For the price, they should at least serve a bigger portion on the corned beef hash. The cheeseburger was perfect. The fries were perfect. I also had the matzo-ball soup, which was really tasty. The French toastwas flawless. The ultimate club was phenomenal! I will order that again for sure! Read more
