I was given my drinks and order sticker 40 stuck on my side view mirror. I waited, and waited, and waited. Ten cars behind me... got their food. I didn't. I called out to delivery employees and was ignored. I was ready to go get a refund until I was able toflag down an employee. She went to check. Ten min later she brings me my food and says they put order number 70 on my food butsticker 40 on my car. I waited a half hour and was late getting to my destination. Never coming back. Come here is you want to wait 40 minutes for the wrong order! Full story below: Made an order through the drive through, waited... 20 minutes and then they forgot my order. So as I wait the second time for my food they gave it to someone else. Had to waitanother 20 minutes to get my order which was the wrong order itself. After 40 minutes of waiting and then receiving the wrongorder I just left. Not worth the time anymore. Doesn?t seem like this place was ready for operation after it was built. Read more
When I pulled up to the drive-thru the attend was rushing me with my order. I originally wanted 3 baskets and was only rung up... for 2. I was then given a free large fry bc of the inconvenience while waiting for my food. The fry was given to me separatelyfrom getting my order. I was sitting waiting for my food for at least 20 mins before having to ask someone to check on my order.I had given the fry back that was originally given to me because it was cold. I asked for a new one. They never brought it backout to me and then the manager said that I had to pay for one if I wanted it. This place was just built and is already goingdown the tubes. My last visit today. The quality of the Culver?s burger went down significantly. (I have never been to this location) Dry and... tasteless. I remember it used to be juicy and buttery. The Company that pride themselves to use local meet has to show for more.It was below McDonald?s quality today. Read more

We stopped in for burgers and fries yesterday and what a disappointment. Cashier was unfriendly and got the simple order wrong -... food arrived to table fast( nice young man) but wasn?t even hot and fries were undercooked. Is it really that difficult to meltthe cheese on a burger and serve with a warm bun? Maybe just this location- headed to Green Bay and hoping for a betterexperience at a location there. Read more
