There was an out of control guest, but as we were starting to leave, the managers welcomed us back in and assured us they were... taking care of the situation. I thought they handled it really well and made me and my family feel safe. They had excellentservice and one of the male workers was very friendly and kind to my daughters. Giving them extra toys after my daughter ran upand gave him an unexpected hug. We all had a great experience today, great food. Thanks guys! ???? Read more
We come here often for french fries and $1 soda. My son calls it the Fry Store and thinks it's where you come on Fridays. 4/5... times the food is good, every once in a while we come on an off day and leave without an item or two but I fault myself as muchas the people working if I don't check my bag before I leave. People need to remember there are humans working not robots. Read more
I stopped in the store yesterday and have eaten at McDonald's for many many years and in recent times in the last year so about... twice a day. I've stopped at McDonald's and Wisconsin Minnesota Illinois Kentucky Tennessee Florida South Carolina and manyother states I have never gone to a McDonald's for breakfast and they don't even carry a chicken biscuit. Now I'm not talkingabout them running out of something and those things can happen and I'm understanding but to not even have it on their menu isabsolutely ridiculous. I was so disappointed and ended up getting something else to eat besides that this restaurant should beshut down by the health department they had paper towels and toilet paper for out of the dispensers in the men's room andsitting on the counters getting splattered water and also a roll of paper toweling sitting on the floor in the men's bathroom. Ilooked in the corners of the stalls and in the bathroom and it was just filth built up in the corners. The lobby was dirty aswell and I looked behind the front counter and the floor was filthy. This would be unacceptable even before covid but it makesme wonder if they take as much care into cleanliness in preparing food because the bathrooms would suggest otherwise and so whatthe lobby. I've only once in my life ever seen bathrooms in a fast food restaurant worse than that and I called the healthdepartment. The franchise owners of this store in the GM should be ashamed of their self for representing the McDonald's companyin such fashion. I definitely won't go back to this store even if the bathrooms were clean because they don't have enough commonsense to have a common breakfast item, chicken biscuit, on their menu. Ordered online this time (but have been to this location in the past). I received a completely different order that wasn't even... remotely close to mine. When I contacted the delivery person, they stated the bag was pretty much thrown at them by a rudeemployee. Unbelievable that the manager/corporate allows this to happen. Tried calling to the location but no answer either.Seems like this location should either be shutdown or a completely new staff is hired. Truly unbelievable. Wish I could givenegative stars. I have been waiting for over 1/2 hour. No workers up front have to use the screen to order and to make matters worse no receipts... were being printed. Poor Uber drivers next to us waiting on their orders also. We came after a soccer game so our kids were veryhungry. ALL STAFF WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Surprise the ice cream machine was broke. Bought kids meal, quarter pound with cheese, and a double cheese burger. Got the kids meal right away but waited long for the... other two order. Saw our bag thrown to the lady at the window and she handed to us. Open up the bag to look at the burger whythey took so long and my quarter pound looked like my cheese burger. There was nothing in there but bits of pieces of littleonion pickle and looks like 5 shredded lettuces. What the hell was that. Get better worker!. Ripping off customers! Would nevergo there ever! This McDonalds couldn't even get 1 star. I tried for 2 days to get a response via the telephone to avoid a personal... confrontation...NO ONE ANSWERED AFTER 14 ATTEMPTS. Called the Corporate Office and filed a complaint. Terrible terrible terrible service. I walked in and the employees where behind the counter arguing and no one wanted to take our... order. They kept a saying they wasn?t helping us. It was a bunch of employees sitting in the booth having a discussion with oneof the employees mother about having kids. When they put our food on the counter all the food wasn?t there and they acted likewe where bothering them by asking for the rest! The food was thrown together. We spent almost 40 dollars for food to be throwntogether. I don?t recommend coming here at all. Read more
