I don't know if they changed the recipe to the chicken salad or if this was just a bad batch, but my sandwich today was... disgusting. It was so full of pepper it was inedbile. Tasted nothing like the the chicken salad of the past, which has alwaysbeen my favorite. Read more

Had to wait for the employees to finish discussing personal business before one of them decided to take my order. Horrible... service and gross sandwich. Maybe she couldn't see straight with those hideous fake a** lashes she had on. Read more

I like potbelly sandwiches but like others have stated, I would not order from the Glendale location again. We ordered an Avo... Turkey sandwich but didn?t get any avocado so it was just a turkey sandwich. The wreck sandwich ( was actually a wreck) it wassloppy and was missing the salami and mayo. The slim mama?s meatball had no marinara sauce (got some dry meatballs with meltedcheese ) and was charged as a regular size instead of slim. The customer service was horrible, especially the person adding theveggies to my sandwiches. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to add extra lettuce to one of the sandwiches. There wereno lids for our soda cups and straw wrappers littered the counter. We took a couple bites and ended up throwing them awaybecause they were so unsatisfying. Read more

I love the potbelly sandwich but like others I will never go back to the Glendale location. Was in there last week and when... you first walk in there was an odor I should have left at that time. The soda machine wasn't working but, I was still going toplace an order. What made me leave was I had to listen to two co-workers have a conversation in front of me while I wait to begreeted and placed my order. The young lady then looked at me and said who do you want? I looked and started to place my orderand as I started they continued their conversation at that time I said forget it and left. Customers clearly are not their toppriority. Read more

Placed an order for salad waited more than 15 minutes for someone to get started on it. Was standing right in front of the staff... they ignored me completely. Three people behind me with tall orders of sandwiches got their orders & left. Then one staff memberworking on the sandwich asked another team member who was on her phone to start on it. It was busy but not all team members werebusy. Not a word of apology from the staff. They did not forget the order they were rude. Read more

Placed an order for delivery at 8am, for a delivery time of 12pm. It is now 1:14pm and my order still says ?received?. No phone... call, email, or contact otherwise, about what is going on or if I?m going to receive my order at all. At this point I?m justgoing to cancel my order and try to get my money back. If a phone call is not an option, you should at the very least update thedelivery time as needed to keep customers in the loop. Never ordering delivery again. Seems like this is an ongoing issue forthis location. Read more

I love their sandwiches but will NEVER order delivery again. I ordered at 230pm for delivery at 530pm. Heard NOTHING from them... (no email, no call, nothing) until I got an email at 730pm (the place closed at 7pm) saying there was an update to my order. Ittook some digging to figure out it was canceled. They charged my card quick enough but now I'm waiting to see when (or IF)they're going to refund my money. I really don't want to even give this location any of my business anymore either. Read more
