UPDATE 12-10-2022 The food standard has significantly increased, as has the accuracy of my last few orders. I have updated my... review to reflect my recent experiences with this Qdoba. I’m hoping this trend continues. ORIGINAL POST When ordering fromthis location I consistently have issues with food quality, the order (getting someone else’s order or missing items), andcustomer service. Received the wrong order today, called the location (no answer on the phone). The inside of the store is dirtyand disorganized. Second time ordering, first time they messed my order up, said it was doordash fault yet I ordered from the app. Asked for a... refund they said bring the food back. I didn’t bother leaving work, in fact why would I leave work to get a refund but yet hadto order delivery since I was at work. Then I decide to give them a second chance, wrong rice, forgot my sour cream again, addedregular onions instead of pickled, no picante ranch, no tortilla chips. The staff and management here is completely disorganizedand rude. Can’t even read a receipt of an order and put it together properly. Forgot my silverware luckily I had my own. Whencall for help act like it’s my fault. Worst Qdoba in the milwaukee area. Will never order again. Read more

Online order is unreliable since there's usually a few things missing from each order (chips as a part of nacho order, protein... option, etc). Especially frustrating when it's either needed to eat the order or there was an upcharge for a missing protein.The food prep areas are not kept very clean either. I usually skip this location and go to a different one. Read more

I placed the order online for a work lunch. Two of the meals were missing. I called Qdoba. They said the delivery was with... Door Dash and she only took one of two bags. I was told to call Door Dash. I called that number that delivered. She said shewas only handed one bag and she would go back and pick up the other bag. We never received that bag. I called Qdoba and theysaid call Door Dash. Door Dash said they would contact Qdoba, reimburse them, and then I would be reimbursed. Door Dash sentan email to me with Qdoba Guest Relations number and I should hear from them. This happened August 23rd. Since then I have left3 messages. Today is September 2nd and still no response. I will never order from Qdoba again. Regardless of who didn'thand/take the 2nd bag. This is bad business. Read more

This place is a mess. Totally up for grabs, no leadership, no standards, no manager presence. Tables are dirty, employee... drinks on the food prep surface, line to the door, no manager, 2 team members on the line. Ordered for pick up, said it would beready by 8pm - 8:10pm, walked in at 8:13, hadn’t even started the order. Didn’t get it until 8:35. I used to like qdoba HOWEVER this particular store is a dirty mess...disorganized and filthy. Not to mention the... employees....(well some) are busy arguing with each other instead of taking customers orders. They always seems to be out ifrice, beans fresh chicken ALL DUE TO LACK OF TEAMWORK AND INFIGHTING. If they concentrated on hiring not ghetto slackers theywould be better off.
