Sign says dine in open, but they decide to lock their doors whenever they are feeling lazy. Was standing by the door and a... worker walked passes and didn't say a word. On the plus side they got out order correct. Read more
Went there late last night and while I absolutely understand wanting to get a jump on cleaning and whatnot, why would you turn... the grill off so early that it's cold 10 minutes before close? They said they weren't able to do quesadillas or anything likethat, and also said that they no longer served something that was listed on the menu as a featured item. They were also out ofchicken. The girl working the window had to be corrected several times on what the order was, and while I would normally assumethat it's because the person is new I genuinely think she just wasn't paying attention. I had to ask for our drink at thewindow, and part of the order was missing as well. We also got WAY overcharged for the last 7 cinnabons, instead of ringing upthe 12 we asked for we were charged for 3.5 of the 2 pieces and ended up paying like 6x what we should have - by this point Iwas sick of screwing around and just let it go. The food was at least properly made but next time I get late night munchies,I'll just make the drive to the Stallis location. Read more
Best Taco Bell around. Quality can be hit or miss, but they're quick and get my order right. Which is much better than I can say... for most fast food these days. Read more
Just as an FYI, expect everything you order at this location to be wrong. Or missing. I understand finding good help is hard... these days. And I have been more than willing to put up with the occasional wrong order. But at this point I don?t even get anoccasional right order anymore. I don?t entirely fault the employees, I can?t imagine that they are paid well enough, trainedlong enough, or staffed appropriately enough to handle the working conditions. And I can?t fault Taco Bell entirely either, asfinding employees it?s hard for everyone right now. But this location is abysmal. I don?t seem to have this same level ofproblems at other nearby establishments. There has to be some accountability somewhere. I just hope they fix this soon, I wouldhate to see this Taco Bell disappear, but I sure won?t be going there anytime soon. Read more
Drive thru attendance was very polite and friendly. They young man repeated my order. Order was correct. Only thing is that I... asked for extra extra onions to be added to the chicken quesadillas, but it was hardly any on the two I order. My mom wasdisappointed. I ended up cutting some onions when I got home to put on them. I wish Taco Bell would but the lettuce at thebottom of the hard shell tacos so they don?t fall apart when eating. Polite service but 25 minutes to get food after ordering. They asked me to pay twice, lost my order, and gave me who knows what.... They got the soda right! Read more
