Walked in for lunch with my co-workers, a woman was in there before us and had just received her order. The man behind the... counter quickly says we can't take orders at first he says they don't have a cashier. Then we ask if we can pay/ order online hethen says no the system is down even though we just seen a woman receive her order. So we left and went somewhere else. this was my last rodeo coming here. i went in, to be greeted by a plume of smoke (burnt wings) and absolutely no one came to... take my order, so i gathered myself and i called interest in ordering. they told me, "we can't take walk ins at this moment,wait until 11." but i showed her that they close at 11. she just stood there, and i walked out. if you want good wings, go toPoints East Pub. there are far too many Wingstops that have too many kids running around that don't care about what you want toeat. Sadly disappointed...They always forget something in my order. We ordered the free 5 wings today for "wing day" placed a normal... order....20 wings, large fries, veggies and ranch...Confirmed that the wings were included & tried to check contents but all oftheir "dining tables" were dirty with garbage so did a quick look over. I did not see wings but they said it was all in the"box". Come home and no bone in wings and food barely hot...There was chaos in the kitchen with about 6 bodies...wings areawesome always when they open for the day but starting to notice to not order at night. TERRIBLE service! Twice now I have been lied to on the waiting time for my orders. The website says 13-20 minutes, I wait 50... minutes. They will fulfill walk in orders BEFORE those waiting, if they "take less time to cook". That's BS in my book. Theyshould have to wait after me. Then when I FINALLY get my food, it is SEVERELY overcooked and the wings are hard and inedible.VERY disappointed and NEVER returning to this Wingstop again. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. 03/18/2022 I DoorDash my Wingstop which was a big mistake. I ordered tenders and they sent... me boneless wings instead! Nothing worse than having your mouth set on something and not getting what you paid for!!! I will notbe spending anymore money with this place!!! Read more
Worst wing stop ever !!! READ OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Employees are very rude. Food is good but one... employee had a serious attitude? Young blk lady with braids took 20 minutes to see us, she was setting up bags instead ofattending costumers. When I let her know we were ready to order to get her attention, she ignored us for another 5 minutes thenshe said. "What do you want? You ready or not!?" Me and my wife looked at each other? SMH. Other employees walked around. Iwould nvr go here again after that and seeing other reviews about the same employees let's you know the company or its ownerdon't care and we are paying money and helping his business. Ordered from here with my brother, The cancelled the order and never refunded him. He?s too dumb and timid to have complained... outside of an email that didn?t even receive a response. Even Amazon will refund you for a package stollen, not sure how theythis place cancels your order and still charges you. Read more
