I used to work at Baskin-Robbins in Oakbrook Terrace. The customer service at this location is absolutely over-the-top amazing... however they never have any of the choices that I want or any of the stuff that they advertise. My standards are never really high with fast food but this Dunkin location has to be the worst. I think it might be a... competitive game they play, see who can screw up the customers orders the most. Or maybe they just have a colorblind personpicking out the donuts. I had ordered a cake from Baskin. It was an online order and had called to make sure they were able to complete my order. The... day i picked up it looked really pretty. BUT when we cut into in there was no cake!! They just frosted a round brick of icecream! I had called and they said they tried to reach me but i didn't answer. I mentioned a voice-mail would have been nice orsimply tell me when I picked up the cake. What a rip off paying over $30 just for a brick of ice cream...i would have beenbetter off just buying a gallon of ice cream. Read more
My daughter loves the creature creation ice cream!! This location is a store with a Dunkin Donuts and there was a problem with... our drink order but the lady fixed it for us. We're happy! Read more
Every time myself or my husband comes to this Baskin Robbins. They never have my ice cream. I love Mint Chocolate Chip. I think... since they open I got it one time. Whomever does the ordering should be retrained on how to order properly. Read more
The last 3 times I came here, they didn?t have all the ingredients to serve my son and I ice cream. The first two times there... was no vanilla ice cream. (You are Baskin Robbins by the way in case you forgot) I went at random times of the day. Today theydidn?t have bananas as of 3PM. WHO IS DOING INVENTORY THAT THIS IS THIS CONSISTENT OF A PROBLEM FOR YOU? How do you ?not have?bananas at 3PM!?! Never seen a place so comfortable not being able to provide a customer what they came in to pay for. They gotoffended when I said we never get what we come in here for. We have gone to this location quite a few times.There is a lot of young girls that work there that DO NOT know what they are... doing , they mess up on our orders every single time, they seem to never have the ice cream that we want. They stand there andtalk and laugh to each other while they have cars waiting in the drive up, Ive complained to the store manager but it seems likehe hasn?t done a thing about it.
