Do not go to this location. Cones are stale. Another customer had a stale waffle cone, and the red-headed worker refused to give... her her money back, then she offered her $1 back. The red-headed worker said they just made the cones that morning lol I had twoothers with me and all three of us had single scoop on a cone. Two of us had the flat cones and the other one of us had achocolate dipped cone. All three of our cones were stale and old. I got the peanut butter and chocolate ice cream and the icecream was melted and was not like the typical ice cream flavor like the other locations, like a cheaper quality tasting. Read more

i went to this store yesterday to order a cake and when i was looking at the cakes, the designs were so beautiful and unique.... there was assistances as soon as i went to look at the cakes and it made choosing so much easier. i tried the cake and it tastesbeyond delicious. more than gladly to come again!! edit: came to this store once again and i am beyond impressed at the customerservice here. along with that this is the only baskin robbins i?ve come across that had so many flavors of ice cream! i love it! The girl was nice and helpful but ridiculous that they want to charge $8 for an extra wet topping when purchasing a sundae kit.I... can buy a sundae for an additional $8.00! Read more

We've visited this particular location a couple of times. It seems that customer service is hit and miss which can be... frustrating, especially when there are lots of other options of where to go and spend your money. Over time the quality at allof the locations seems to have diminished. Whether the quality has suffered due to the over expansion of the company and massproduction of product I'm not sure but the quality is not what it used to be, it's unfortunate. The last time we were in we werejust going to pick up a couple of things for a party and the stock level wasn't the best and the customer service was average atbest. We ended up going to another business to get what we wanted. We will visit this location again and give it another shotbecause we have been frequenting Baskin Robbins for years. Read more
Really, really love their chocolate mint ice cream & wide variety of other flavors; albeit, a bit pricey????
