Really bad experience with Italian express. Every thing we ordered was stale. From the chicken in the burgers, chicken in the... fettuccine al fredo, stale chicken primavera, re fried chicken wings again stale. Chicken and cheese pizza was ok and the onlything that was some what good. ITALIAN express has an extensive menu but only a handful dishes were available. The staff wasfriendly and responsive. Went in to order a spicy gyro and pizza bread, was told 15-20 minutes. Waited 40 minutes. I walked after people that arrived... after me received food at the table. Bummer as I really was excited to try a spicy gyro. Oh well. Read more
This place is a 3.5/5. I got their chicken noodle soup and pepperoni and chicken pizza. Pizza itself is mediocre I wasn’t too... impressed with it. It was good (wished it wasn’t thin) but not worth the price. The chicken noodle soup seemed as if it wascanned and they gave Hawaiian rolls with it which didn’t make quite sense today since it didn’t compliment it well but I dolike how this place is halal and there are options for people with different eating restrictions. I used to love going to Italian Express for their buffets but had not gone in some time as quality had gone down. We decided to... give them a try again during Ramadan for deliver and I’ve got to say everything we ordered has been amazing. The Spicy ChickenTikka pizza is really tasty. The Spicy Gyros Pita tasted great just like they had before. We also tried their Burgers which werepretty good. Definitely recommend giving them a try! Read more
I ordered the large pizza and asked for less cheese otherwise they make it a thick cheese layer. I asked them to make it half... spicy gyro flavor and the other half chicken tikka topped with onions . Food was really good quality and great price of $25feeding 4- 5 girls. They have a big bottle of great garlic sauce that goes great ! Read more
Gyro platter was mediocre. You get one small container of sauce (not enough) and I’m surprised they serve it with white... basmati rice instead of the traditional yellow rice. There were 3 big chunks of lettuce instead of it being finelychopped. Their meat lovers pizza is good though. Read more
Found hair in our spicy gyro pie. Called the restaurant and instead of apologizing and/or offering a refund they asked me to... bring the pizza back. I live 30 mins away =/. Ran like a desi whole in the wall joint so no expectations broken. At least oneperson had gotten food poisoning after eating here. Read more
So I ordered from grubhub. Ordered chicken Alfredo and cheesy garlic bread. I guess they didn't feel like making my Alfredo and... also didn't feel like making anything else to replace it?.. They canceled my pasta without saying a word to me as to why or if Iwanted a substitute instead. They just removed it from my order and thought just sending me garlic bread was somehow okay whichwas super awesome to discover that brilliant decision at my doorstep. I now have to figure something else out, dunno what I'mgoing to do because it's Sunday night and everything is closed by the time my original "meal" from here showed up.. enjoy that 3dollars you got from me for that garlic bread, it will be the last time I'll ever give you money.
