This location is always super slow. I ordered online and arrived at the time it said and they claimed they didn't have my order.... They eventually found it and then I waited at least another 15 minutes while they got it ready and then served somebody else andthen fixed their mistakes Etc. What should have taken me 15 minutes or less since my order was prepaid took at least 45. Oftenthe indoor dining room is closed because of lack of staff and only the drive-thru is open. Nothing but bad experiences, multiple chances, avoid at all cost. They REALLY skimp on portions, I ordered a bowl of white rice... and orange chicken and there was literally like 3 pieces of chicken and was 90% rice, called the store and no one pickedup. Went again and they screwed my order up and gave me fried rice instead of white rice, called and again no one picked up. The fried rice is awful, was very mushy. Seating:4 Service:2 Food:4 Price: $ Ordered carry out, instead of eating it in store. This is one of the cleanest Panda place... with new furnishing, I would love to dine in, if it weren't because of the TV episode I am chasing after at home. Portion sizeare reasonable, great knowing a great Chinese food option in the area. I will visit again. Update: Placed order online, showstime ready for pick up is in a few minutes - 6:30. Arrive 6:30 sharp. They haven't started packing the order, instead we waitedin line like everybody else who walked in. Then what's the purpose of allowing ordering online if we have to wait in line again?And please don't provide a false time for pickup if you can't abide by it. We waited here for 45 minutes instead for 2 meals(ordered online) because we have to first wait in line, then they said they ran out of noodles so we had to wait again, and whenthe noodle is ready, and another food item was missing. We asked them to make sure they have all the items we selected so wedon't have to wait even longer when the second missing item becomes available. This has been a very disappointing purchase. Ichose to order from Panda express out of a few other options for my birthday, because they do have food items of various portionsize I can order from, and I kind of missed it for not having ordering from them for some time. This is the fourth day in a row I go to get the beyond orange chicken with lo mein noodles.. my meat eater boyfriend and his mom... were impressed they liked it better than the actual chicken. I'm happy this location has it . Service has been so good and timespeed during rush hour Read more

Just came here on a wed night and they didn't have what I wanted to order only were taking cash then we had to wait in line for... the person in front of us for a good 10 minutes the. In that time I decided I waited so long now I'm going to order somethingelse get up to the window the girl has an attitude then she says the noodles are going to a long wait! ridiculous! This issupposed to be fast food! Anyway while leaving the line was a good 10 cars deep and I know if I had to wait in that line andonly had a card I would be so furious they were only taking cash this location sucks! Read more
