Service Horrible. (food is good) Placed an order for pick up. Got home noticed my order was incorrect. Contacted the... restaurant to let them know that I didn't my I ordered, instead got something else.. Spoke to a lady that refuse to give me hername. just stated that she was in charge. ??? ok.. When I told her I didn't get what I ordered. she requested that I "returnthe food" . I advised her I was at home and that I could take picture to provide her proof that my order was incorrect..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. she didn't want pictures. Since I was already home and the rest of my order was correct. Irequested she give me a credit for next time I was in the area. So, it happens that I'm in the area today. I called therestaurant, my luck spoke to the same rude lady that still refuse to give me her name. I informed her I had a credit for Taco decanasta dinner. She wanted to give me 3 tacos only since they only part screw up my previous order. This didn't make sense. Soif I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a burger.. am I only going to get the chicken patty cause the bread, lettuceand tomatoes were already provide with incorrect order? WT? I told her it was a Canasta dinner that they made a mistake on. She kept arguing with me and hung up on me three times. I thought I was the one that disconnected the call in error, so I callback and again and again the call is disconnected.. Call back again and ask her if she was hanging up on me. Girl said Yes!!again WT?? I request to speaking to a manager and she said "she's in charge". I decided to end this call. I hope the businessowner/ manager is able to read this. Your food is good. Very disappointed with this restaurant. BAD SERVICE! We walked in Straight to the table.. it was dirty I was about to ask for a... rag to clean it up myself and we moved to another table where we did not wanted to seat. ???? after that 10 minutes to get themenu another 15 minutes to get the chips and salsa. And 20 minutes to get the pozole plates. they never asked if we neededsomething. BAD SERVICE. WE WONT COME BACK. BAD SERVICE FOOD ok. OWNER PAY ATTENTION TO THIS. YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS. I just tried to place an order for pozole and a side of guacamole. I was told the order would be $21.83!?! Their menu online... says side guacamole 2 oz $2.99. how are they going to charge $7.99 for it. I tell the cashier, "ok, please take it off myorder." She tells me, "Sorry, I can't. The order is already gone thru to the kitchen." So I repeated myself. "I don't want theguacamole, you can take it off my order. I will wait." She again tells me, she can't. "It's been sent to the kitchen." I don'tunderstand why she doesn't just update the order or cancel it and fix it. I've worked in a restaurant, you can do ANYTHING,especially if you walk to the back and talk to the kitchen. So I tell her, "well you can't make me buy something I don't wantto order. So forget it." Decent enough resturant but if you really hungry or looking for amazing taste...not here. Arrived to an empty resturant that... looked like for the small place it is. Took 3-5mins to get menus and right away asked for drink orders, I didn't even get tolook at the damn menu! They served chips and salsa along with a small bowl of black beans, even that was somehow off. Food wasnot amazing rather bland for my taste. Water was the only decent thing there, served in a mason jar. Server was nice but didn'tbother to follow up after order was taken and bill payed. I saw good reviews about this place and being new to the neighborhood coming from Chicago I was a little nervous about "good... pozole" but let me put your mind at ease. The pozole here is fire ????! I've eaten here a few times already and order pozole tofor pick up quite often. Also BE ADVISED: There is a GROUPON for this place and I take FULL ADVANTAGE! it's a great deal.
