Asked for a decaf pour over since they weren?t brewing decaf anymore. Acted like it was a large inconvenience he could not... accommodate. Then he tried to pull a fast one on me and gave me a decaf Americano instead at the hand off (which is bitter andwhy I don?t choose that option). Was remade. Now I?m wide awake when I should be sleeping, so thinking he gave me regular out ofspite. Grrrr. Read more

I got the Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso & the Pumpkin Spice Frappe in Grande. They did not inform me that... were out of the cup sizes until after the fact. Needles to say, neither of these look appealing. I was getting it for someoneand couldn?t give it for obvious reasons. Generally good if you come in during the day. Nightshift crew is kinda clumsy. They put too much of everything. Had to throw... this away today because it had way too much pumpkin spice to the point that it was bitter. Last time the coffee i ordered hadmore cream than the coffee. Read more
Probably one of the worst experiences with Starbucks. Waiting to order today and she?s just standing there talking to her... friend. I waited more paciently and she finally acknowledged me. I ordered my drink and she look and sounded very annoyed I wasthere. As I waited for my drink, she is talking to her friend and complaining about work while swearing up a storm. Got a special drink for my daughter today. She wanted something a little different then what was on the menu. She was brave... enough to ask for the Carmel syrup on top instead of chocolate. The cashier said it was no problem. We get her drink and it's chocolate not Carmel as we asked. So I simply asked if she could add it. She got all sassy and proceeded to explain how Ineeded to know the difference between syrup and topping. So sorry I don't get coffee out often enough to know ????
