This place NEEDS new management. I?ve expressed my concerns to a night manager once and decided to give this location another... chance since he seemed like he understood there?s been multiple of the same concerns. Same issues with my recent order!?.thisis so frustrating. My wings are undercooked and the skin is like raw and rubbery. The wrong seasoning/sauce was put on the orderAGAIN. We come to this location because it?s close. The tenders are usually great but the fries are usually soggy. The biggest issue,... they don?t answer the phone to place an order !! Today, we had to come in to order because they didn?t answer for 10 minutes andthey also charged for 3 sides of sauce that were supposed to be included. Read more
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! 1st time I ever ordered here they never answered the phone. Had to go in and place my order and... they were very rude and hostile while taking my order. 2nd time - they never answered the phone, went in again considering it?sthe closest location to me and messed up our order and undercooked fries. My wife ordered here for a 3rd time not knowing thiswas the location that completely sucks- never answered the phone again! She?s pregnant so she went in since she was craving herwings and they messed up her order! She called and spoke with one of the team members here and he told her ?next time you placean order, you?ll get a free meal.? We just tried ordering again.. 4 days after this incident and they didn?t keep their word onthe free meal after messing up our order. My wife spoke with the manager and she kept her on hold for 15 minutes and hung up onher. Very disrespectful staff never going to this wingstop again! I don't recommend this location... 2nd time in and both times my wings were dry. I mentioned the last time I was in they barely... had sauce.. So I specifically asked this time around to have extra sauce on my wings. The cashier said said "there will be, theyusually put to much sauce on them." I also asked for my fries to be will done and they are limp and soggy. Read more
