Went here to use a coupon. Service is a little slow and employees not very engaging, but order was correct and tasted good. ... Menu states Tostada salad comes with jack cheese, but I could only account for 6 small shreds of cheese in the whole salad. The Pico de gallo consisted of 5 pcs. of diced tomatoe, and Guac will cost an additional $1.09. Overall, worth the couponprice of $6.00, but would feel overpriced at full price. Read more
7/18/21 noon First time at this location. Others have failed at service and other areas. This place received my business with... respect and great attention to details. Max the service man for today gave absolute great and fast service. He works as if heowned the place. Fast, efficient and very sure of what he does. I really appreciate such a great service. I actually stopped going to pollo Loco because I went to a party where it was catered by Pollo Loco, and the rice and beans were... horrible, and some pieces of the chicken were overdone. I really like the recipe of sauce they use on the chicken. I don't knowwhat it is but it's a different taste. My mom suggested Pollo Loco, and I told her about my experience with them. She talked meinto it, and said, "this one is different...their food is good at my local franchise." And she was right! The food wasgreat...the chicken pieces were perfect with that same sauce... the coleslaw, beans and corn were great...did not have rice, sodo not know about that...the corn and flour tortillas were great...the chips and guacamole were good, although they need to makethe guacamole containers a bit bigger. Ask for extra. Not too badly priced for the family meal. I ended up going another nightwith my brother. The $5 bowl meal is a good budget meal, tasty and filling, plus you get a free chips and guacamole for signingup on their app. Just redeem the reward. So I'm giving Pollo Loco another chance. WORST AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The cashiers had gave terrible service due to them being lazy and don?t give a dam you ask for... something and they act like your talking to a wall , the floor was downright awful and sticky, the supplies weren?t thatcompleted mostly the forks, and that the trash is so full that it looks like they never changed the trash from the morning. Onthe cashiers, they have not gave the exact change back. I asked for the exact change back and they never returned it, I hadasked that why don?t they check the camera so they don?t think we are stealing, they replied with ?I have to ask the manager tocheck the camera and giving back the exact change as if I return the money it?ll count as me stealing.? However the manager isnot here because they are not working today. I like how they're don't overgrill the chicken like some other chains. The size of the sides has really dropped down from... before, but the chicken tastes pretty good. I'll probably only get the chicken from now on. Did do mobile order for asap pickup, but waited about 10min at the location after the time my order was supposed to be done. Read more
Be aware (as of October 2022) to the rather slow, inefficient, and discombulated jumble of this store's rush-hour ability. Their... employees behind the counter -- albeit with good intentions -- seemingly can not handle the uptick in pressure when adrive-thru/dining crowd develops. Read more
