First time coming to this place and it was great. Had the Texas omelette and it did not disappoint. The hash brown was great.... The pancakes were great as also. The service was great. Hi, we just had breakfast and everything was delicious! Dylan was super nice and attentive. When we arrived they had a wait... going on outside and then we put our name on the wait-list, we were called and taken to the table. When we got to the table ourhostess brought us the coffee we ordered with her and had a short wait for our server(be patient with the staff) once we orderedthe food came out super quick and was perfect. I tried the Athenian skillet with gyros it is hearty and a good portion I evenhad left overs, it came with pancakes but I gave those to my husband and I ordered a waffle with bananas and nuts. My husbandhas the country fried steak and he had had it before so I guess you can say it's a favorite. The sides he got was tomatoes andtoast and the tomatoes were so big and ripe. Came here for the first time today, pulled up and it was PACKED! They have indoor and outdoor seating so our wait time was only... 20 min was was nice! Once seated we were asked immediately asked what we would like to drink. We never had to wait to ask for arefill, the waitress was on it!! The menu is huge and we wanted a lil of everything because it all sounded so good. Once weordered the food came out pretty quick and was DELICIOUS!!!! First time at Flappy Jack's restaurant and I am impressed with the whole eating experience. The restaurant was full to capacity... and wait staff did not miss a beat doesn't neglect any of the customers. The wait staff is friendly and have a smile on theirface. I want to thank Lily and her back up for the great service and everyone else for keeping my cup of coffee full. I orderedthe bacon waffle combo with scrambled eggs with onions and green jalapenos, and sausage. With a side of extra crispy hashbrowns. The waffles are sooo good. They are the best I've ever had and will definitely be back for more. I rarely give out five stars and Flappy Jack's just earned. Very good service. I never had to ask for a refill on my coffee,... extra napkins were there when needed and our waitress was as sweet as she could be. The skillets and pancakes were not only hugeportions but extremely good. The home made hot sauce was very flavorful and gave the skillet a kick. There is a reason the waitcan be 2 hours to get a seat on the weekends. Go before 8:30 during the week and you are seated in no time. Outdoor seating isavailable as well. Read more
My friend recommended this place. We were in the area and stopped by for breakfast. The place has a Route 66 motif that was... kinda fun, but can probably use a refresh.
