If I could rate it lower, I would. Every experience I?ve had at this location has been awful. Getting dry, burnt and rubbery... food is a common occurrence, or, even when the food is okay, the service is absolutely awful. A lot of attitude just for walkingin the door. I?d like to say, I work in food service, I know how hard and demanding it is. It?s not easy, so I?m always extrakind to workers, because i feel their pain. But even friendliness is met with sneers and attitude.i can handle missing food andgross food if the service is good, but when the food is constantly missing from your order AND the person at the counter is rudeunprovoked, it?s where I draw the line. I don?t know what management is doing, but clearly they?re doing something wrong ifthey?re letting their employees act this way. -5/10. Worst customer service! I will not be coming back to this location due to the lack of manners from workers and the manager is... rude! She thinks he knows how to train her workers but they don?t even know how to pack an order correctly! They messed up myorder and I called the store nicely 10 min after I left the store and was told I can come back another day for the order but 2days after I came back and the manager was rude and she was super disrespectful it was disgusting to see a manager handle hercustomers this way! FRI.9/16/22 Took 30 mins to get 2 Chk sandwiches with fries. Chk was very greasy didn't even taste like lemon pepper. And after... all that make me sick all weekend couldn't hold anything down.???????????? Read more
I ordered online on the website, and it was delivered via DoorDash. I ordered at at 8:10 pm, and my order didn?t come until 9:41... pm. The driver delivered my order without a green sticker on the bag, no soda, and the food was cold. I called doordash becausethis was pure negligence. DoorDash directed me to the store because the store gave the driver the food in the manner Imentioned. I called the store, and they did nothing to remedy the situation. This store conducts business in an unprofessionalmanner. I am disgusted by the entire situation. Please! Please! Don?t come to this store. It is malpractice the way they conductbusiness in the San Dimas and Glendora area. Establishments ran with utter disregard for professionalism, and negligence on foodsafety should not be tolerated. Update on my prior review. Matt and the fellas behind the counter is what this Wingstop needs. Consistent service all around ..... didn't get all of their names but I was pleasantly surprised to see how well these 3 young men manage this business. Never received my delivery. After calling and being placed on hold for over 10 minutes on my follow up call I had the person who... took the call just hold up the phone for the ?manager? to scream ?I already put the refund request? followed by the persontaking the call to then ask me ?Did you hear that??. After asking for the managers name I was told Isaiah with no last name andwhen asked for a full name I was told ?Just tell anyone Isaiah?. It?s been 10 business days and still haven?t received myrefund. I?ll handle the refund request in person. But for future reference hire ?managers? that can manage a situation. Notignore a situation only to have them scream at a employee running the register who has nothing to do with managingissues/complaints. Read more
Wingstop Glendora never disappoints .. we can't decide which flavor is our favorite .. Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Lemon Pepper... or Mild. And their RANCH is an absolute must!!! Customer service is also great, staff is very friendly. Read more
The guy at the front with glasses must be high or something. He took my order on the phone and didn't tell me that they are not... accepting cash. I waited in the parking lot for almost a half-hour to be told that I can't pay for my food. so now $50 worth offood is going to go to waste due to the incompetence in this store. I called to order some chicken sandwiches and told thatthey were out so I ordered some wings and then I got here and they're selling people chicken sandwiches. Dude straight lied tome.
