This store went down hill when Covid hit and that lady Nikki left. This new lady kat is they type of person that should not have... power or be head of a business. Due to her attitude. The way she talk to them kids when I?m there. She never works or want tohelp the others in there just wanna tell people what to do. I even heard her call someo. dumb to their face and told them to gohome. It?s sad I would never want my children to work there or under her. She is probably the reason this store has not been thesame no one wants to work or stay. They are constantly short staffed. So if you don?t wanna wait 20 mins for a cup of soup don?tgo there. Go to the one in sicklerville. I went for the first time this week and it?s was how the Panera bread in deptford usedto be. Running out of Autumn squash soup at like 4pm when you close at 9pm is unacceptable. If you know that's your top seller than... order more of that soup please...???? Also, need to do a better job of getting trash up off the floor throughout the day in thedining area. Just nasty. Read more
Ordered two vanilla lattes and received steamed vanilla milk. Another young employee who seemed like she'd rather be... elsewhere...disappointing to say the least... Update: called the store for a refund and was told the person who made the latteshadn't been on barista duty in a while and forgot to add the espresso...cool story. I had to practically beg for a refund(which I never received) and was then told they'd have to call me back, but never did. Worst customer service ever, not sure ifeveryone is high or what, but they are severely incompetent. Read more
The dinning room was dirty, so I decided to take my food home. My aisian salad was a cesar salad with bone hard croutons and my... piece of bread was barely two bites. It was super disappointing. I will not spend my money at Panera again Read more
The Worst! Ordered a lunch for 12 people online. 10 minutes prior to pick up they sent an email stating the could not fill the... order til after 2pm. Mean while the person drove 20 minutes to pick up and was sitting inside Panera waiting. I called andasked whynthey didn't call to cancel. If they didn't have the staff they should have turned off online ordering. Bad business. I will never order from them again. Read more

The food was on par with any other Panera, and I truly empathized because they were understaffed and still managed to handle the... dinner rush. This store is very busy, yet it does not have the self-service kiosks like a lot of the Panera Breads in the southjersey area. I?d wager that they would have more available hands on deck with those kiosks, a happier customer experience, andless crowding at the front counter. Let?s face it, Panera Bread has the money lol. Stood in line for over 20 min for a lemonade after I already ordered in advance for. I try to understand when it's busy... employees need patience and grace but after 20min I had to just walk out. It wasn't worth it. They only had one person doingpickup orders and that didn't seem fair to her or the customers. Other people in line complained as well. Read more
