Have NEVER had a good experience at this location. Quality control is non-existant. Incorrect orders, missing items, and... unacceptable quality continuously. This time was their awful chicken sandwich. No pickles, half the size of the bun... nothinglike the picture! I have made my last visit - don't make the mistake. This is the 3rd time we ordered and tonight?s that last night ever!!! Placed order at 5:08pm, multiple times letting us know our... driver is on the way. Gets canceled 3 times. It?s 6:40pm now! And I?ve called multiple times to no answers at all. This place isnow garbage in our eyes. Read more
I have never experienced a consistently worse company than wing stop. This location completely forgot one of our orders even... though they somehow had the sides in there? This is a joke and it?s not just this store. Orders are always late at wing stopyou?re waiting 30-45 minutes everytime. It?s a miracle so many people still purchase their wings that are barely average. Wingstop operates like a complete joke and needs to hire some Proper people To fulfill orders correctly. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The first experience I had as a customer left me with a bad taste in my mouth... as they took almost an hour to fulfill one order of wings. Gave it one more shot and not only did we receive the same resultsfor this order, but we received the wrong order twice! There is no task management skills at all with staff. From someone whohas also worked in the food industry, I?m usually more relaxed, or understanding, but this is just awful. Hire better people andget your business together! it?s a no for me, my boyfriend has been wanting to try this place for a little while now. everyone at his job raves about this... place but i don?t see why. the seasoned fries are borderline sweet potato fries which is fine but that?s not what i ordered. iordered seasoned fries, it?s like they sprinkled sugar all over them. yuck ???? and my wings were dry and unseasoned. beforeeven eating them, i had to season them myself. ???? he ordered the mild boneless wings, which didn?t have any flavoring or anykick to them at all. (i have 0 tolerance for hot foods and i tried it, literally no kick at all, they were normal.) there arebetter wings at better places, i?d skip this one and save your money to go elsewhere. Read more

On March 24th I decided to try Wing Stop because I?ve heard many good reviews. The Wing Spot just recently opened in 2020. I... ordered the following the 24 pack for delivery. The delivery time took longer than expected. The receipt reflected 42 - 45minutes it was more like an hour and 5 minutes. The driver was very friendly. I received a text with the status of the orderalong with the location of the driver. When I received the food it was cold. Everything from the french fries to the wings. Ireheated the french fries but they were a bit soggy. The flavor of the wings wasn?t that great. The lemon pepper wings were sosalty. I mean extremely salty. I was surprised and disappointed. The mild wings had no flavoring, and no kick at all. What adisappointment. The carrot sticks with ranch dressing was good. The ranch dressing was flavorful. Regular french fries were adisappointment because they were soggy. I am a french fry girl so this blew my mind. The Louisiana Voodoo french fries weredelicious and flavorful. I said to my friend who said this place was one of the best wing spots, that I can make better wingsthan this place. This place needs an ENTIRE NEW STAFF up to MGMT!! No way I pay for items and am told i have to LEAVE WITHOUT THEM!!! The manager... on duty was very rude, mean, disrespectful, wouldnt accommodate. She tried to BULLY me in front of staff and customers. Theyoung boy in the front on register was on drugs. He couldnt answer a question, his head remained droppy as if he couldnt focuson anything. He was highly unprofessional and unknowledgale of his job duties. The entire back staff was EATING over customersfoods along with having something to drink while customers who paid for a drink had nothing. NO ONE was wearing gloves or hairnets.
